Took advantage of out of town women! Terrible experience. My wife and daughter stopped in here to replace an interior drivers side door handle. The handle was broken, but working. They were first told by Gus that the part was going to be very hard to find (I guess we have the rare 2006 Jeep Cherokee..?) and he quoted them $570 to make the repair. Since they had already spent near $400 at this dealership to recharge the A/C system(really..?) they did not want to repair the door at this time. Upon arriving home my daughter discovered her door handle WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL. Like I said, it was broke, no doubt, but it was working. My wife called Gus and he did admit they may have done more damage to the handle but as the conversation went on the call "disconnected". There was no return call made to my wife from this dealership. We ended up having the door fixed elsewhere. The part was easily found on Amazon (Gus you might want to look there yourself for rare parts) for $60 and we spent $170 all in to repair it. I'm sure there are many great experiences had at this dealership. This wasn't one of them. I would totally avoid using them for service or sales. I don't ever write bad reviews but for every bad review received there are likely a dozen more that don't bother too. This service was shameful. More

Easy, Pleasant transaction We found Darcars on the internet while we were searching inventory for a Mojito! Jeep Wrangler Sahara for my daughter with the Sky One touch top. Jaryd Oliver responded immediately. He made things so easy for us. He was so pleasant and personable to work with. I tortured him with so many questions and still he stayed so kind and always responded immediately. He even came in on his day off when we picked up the car. When we got to the dealership he had everything ready for us. He got in the car with us and showed us where everything was and how it worked. He called the next day to make sure that my daughter and I got home safely and were happy with the car. From beginning to end this was the easiest, smoothest buying of a car I’ve ever had. I brought my car in for the "No appointment" oil change and tire inspection for my flat tire. In addition, I brought up with Joshua that my radio was having some weird power surge issues that caused it to keep rebooting randomly while I am driving as well as phone connection issues via usb cable. I explained that I had scheduled an appointment for this several months back but when I showed up, I was informed that I had to re-scheduled because they were too busy and couldn't take care of my problem. Joshua attentively listened to me without any interruptions and made it his duty to rectify the problem the same day. He convinced the service folks to take care of all my issues while I waited. Despite being a busy day, Joshua made me feel like I was a VIP and no one else matters even though I know he is providing the same caliber of excellence to each and every one of his customers. His diligent and professional work ethics married to his contagious happy demeanor made me feel like DARCARS is the "HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH" (sorry Disneyland). To top that performance that day, Joshua followed up with a personal phone call to me and asked if the issues were adequately resolved without any recurring problems.
