Oil Change/Tire change I actually bought my Jeep Renegade from Criswell Jeep. DarCars is very close to my house so I gave them a try. I was greeted well. I asked for an oi I actually bought my Jeep Renegade from Criswell Jeep. DarCars is very close to my house so I gave them a try. I was greeted well. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted $140. I don't have a maintenance package with Criswell, and when I go there the same service costs about $95. Needless to say I was a bit shocked. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours. This wasn't an issue with me as I was hungry and I had planned on going to go grab some lunch. The service took about an hour which was nice and the total cost came to $130. As I was getting in my Jeep to leave the service gentleman asked me my opinion and I told him exactly what I have just written. He said he would see what he could do about the price in the future. Actually a fantastic opportunity!!! I have to say that after buying way, way more cars then I care to say, that DARCARS of Rockville is an A-1 place. I myself have been in the auto business for years and would have never treated myself as well as I was treated by my sales person!! I got such a great deal that instead of purchasing from two other dealers where I have very, very good friends working, I purchased here. The reasons are simple. Not only did I get an incredible price on the new car, I also received a very fair price for my trade. Secondly, my salesman was super friendly, honest and patient! I must have test driven every single model of car and then version of it as well. They took their time to really figure out my needs versus my wants and because of this I ended up with a vehicle that does everything I like, the way I like it. It also covers every single want but one and it is minor. But I ended up with so much more car than what I was thinking I needed and spent much less to do it then I anticipated. The Sales Manager, Andy is fantastic and will bend over backwards to get you the deal you want! He worked on so many different cars for me, different ways to purchase and in the end, got me way more car and as I said, for less money than I had planned. I for sure will go back. My Wife also needs a new car and we are trying to buy something they sell just because it was such a great purchase. I am no longer in the car business so it is great to be aware of one more dealer I can visit and know that I am not going to be taken advantage of! More
