This is the second time that I have purchased a car from this dealership and both times have been very good experiences. My salesman, Terry, was a joy to work with! I took about 2 months to finally purchase my new Jeep and I felt no pressure from Terry throughout the process. I went to three other dealerships then came back to Darcars Rockville because of the connection I had made with Terry on our first meeting. I changed my mind many times yet Terry stayed patient. Santiago was helpful when it came to the finance end and helped me work the numbers before I had a deal I had found my car which helped me get a general idea of what my payment would be. I thought that was great because I am sure people were beginning to think I wasn't really serious about buying yet! Well on Sunday I popped into the Dealership and saw Terry and he smiled and welcomed me back, and I told him I wanted to talk $$$ with Santiago but found out he was off. Terry assured me that Nick would take care of me and he was right again! Nick listened to me and found the perfect car for me and to his credit, I paid full price for it plus I added new tires and running boards!! Alan Hall in Finance got the deal done and was even willing to wait for me to come back with a check for my down payment!!! You see, I wasn't planning on buying when I left my house Sunday!
