Nick & Neil were fantastic to deal with. Nick, realizing he maybe made a promise he shouldn't have via email honoroed that promise once we got to the dealership. We were presented with options for warranties, protection plans, etc., but weren't pressured into anything. It was overall a good experience!! More

I drove a long way because they had the exact Jeep I wanted (I searched the whole east coast) and was able to set up the entire deal over the phone. The price on the new Jeep was as good as I could find wanted (I searched the whole east coast) and was able to set up the entire deal over the phone. The price on the new Jeep was as good as I could find anywhere, and I was given a fair price for my trade. I dealt with Nick on the phone, very straightforward and easy to deal with. When I got there I mostly dealt with Dave, who I had emailed originally, and he's very knowledgeable about the wranglers and a nice guy to deal with. Hernan in financing was also helpful in getting a good rate and registering it in my home state. I've dealt with a lot of car dealers and they vary a lot, kudos to these guys for a great experience. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my experience in purchasing my new car from Neil! He was very thorough, without being pushy or trying to sell me something that I did not need/want. I shopped around at 4 different Jeep dealers in the Washington DC area and no one had the competitive prices and excellent customer service that I received at Darcars Jeep of Rockville. Nick and Morris were great to work with and I would highly recommend working with them. I couldn't make it until after work at 9pm to sign the paperwork and they waited at the dealership after closing for me. Overall I highly recommend this dealership. More
