Having already owned two Explorers previously, I was already familiar with some of the features. Gary was very helpful in describing the features with which I was not familiar. During the test drive, Gary described the Explorer's performance and handling well. After the test drive, Gary took me back to his desk and started the paperwork to do the deal for my new Explorer. Gary was extremely courteous as he handled the details of my financing, transferring my tags, and even helped with placing my decals on my new Explorer. Unlike the sales person at the Darcars Volvo dealership who clearly didn't care if we purchased a Volvo or a Jeep. Ralph Bowen was a sheer delight. He is a VERY knowledgeable Jeep Grand Cherokee expert, having worked at this dealership for MANY years. Prior to making our decision, Ralph walked me through all of the features of the car and explained the various Jeep models and their differences. After we made the purchase decision, Ralph meticulously reviewed all of the settings and options as well as the operation of headlights, wipers, etc. He paired my mobile phone to the U Connect system and made certain I was 100% happy before taking delivery. He even programmed my driver's seat to my key fob. I am a very excited and proud 2013 Jeep Grande Cherokee owner. My experience at DARCARS of Rockville can be described as PAINLESS. My intent was window shopping because I was driving a 2011 BMW X5 with very low mileage and every conceivable option that came with the X5. PAINLESS. I had made a appointment with Mr. Awan the previous week-end and had to cancel. Because it was a Holiday I thought it would be a nice day to kick tires and see what was worth a test drive. After introducing myself, Mr. Awan suggested we road test the particular vehicle I was most interested in. The road test was excellent and few words were spoken by Mr. Awan because he assureded me the Jeep Grand Cherokee would sell itself. Upon our return to the dealer ship and unaounced to me Mr. Awan had my BMW X5 appraised and made me a offer that I was comfortable with and at that point I was ready to buy. I've purchased serveral high-end automobiles from Dealership around the Wash-Metro area and have dealt with the sky is falling type sales pitch but this was PAINLESS and it was all because of Mr. Muhammad Awan.
