Never Responding I saw a used car online (With no price listed) and wanted to see it on the lot Sunday. A lot of salespeople saw and ignored me by turning their heads. I even went inside the showroom and saw people glance at me then quickly turned as if I did not see them do that!) I liked the car (2014 Honda Civic) so I submitted an online inquiry and they asked if I could test drive car thinking I would give them a second chance, I also wanted to know the price since it was posted as "Contact for price" listing online. They asked if I could test drive and I said I wanted to know the price to see if it was in my price range. They refused to answer giving me a run around email and I had to asked again and again and again. They never replied back to me! Then a couple days later... I see that the car was taken offline. All I wanted to know was the price of a car.... imagine if you try to purchase one.... More

Disappointed in sales and service I purchased a Jeep Rubicon X from this dealership in December. When purchased there were several issues that needed repair. The Day after purchase I was told it would be three weeks before I could get an appointment for servise After talking with the general manager that was reduced to two. It is now April 16 and the repairs are still not complete. I have gone all the way up the chain to the general manager of DARCARS itself and still no resolution. I would recommend against purchasing a car or have a car service from this dealership or any other DARCARS ever. I've never posted a review before for anything but I feel so strongly people should be warned that I have written this review. More

Exceeded expectations We were a little hesitant to shop for a new car at a dealership we had never used before Or one that had not been referred to us by family or friends. But our experience at Darcars Chrysler Jeep Dodge far exceeded our expectations. We love our new SUV and our experience with the sales consultant, general manager and finance dept was excellent. Our sales consultant Sunny was awesome to work with and it was his goal to make sure we found the vehicle that perfectly met all of our needs. More

I felt like he was a friend that I had known for years. Sunny did not pressure me into a particular vehicle or price range. He made sure I was happy with my shiny new Jeep and that is was perfect when I took delivery. This was by far, the best new car buying experience ever. I highly recommend this dealership and Sunny. Great experience...until the sale was completed. Overall my experience was enjoyable. I was able to find a car that I liked at a price that I was happy with. My only complaint is that I was under the impression that the car would be washed AND detailed prior to my purchase (as I asked for it) but after 4+ hours from start to finish it wasn't until I got in the car to leave did I realized it had only been washed on the outside and the crumbs, fingerprints and spare change was going home with me. Other than that the salesman I worked with was very helpful and was aware of my needs. It just felt like once I accepted the claims of my offer my experience declined with the location as a whole (30 minute waits for multiple employees, etc) and I was more than ready to leave by the end of the day. More
