Best car buying experience I am an experienced car buyer who just purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee just a month ago from another dealer with such a bad experience. After loving my GC purchase I was in the market to get a Jeep Renegade for my wife. Over the last 2 weeks I submitted over 25 internet inquiry from DC Metro area all the way to NJ. I walked out of 2 verbal deals because non of the dealers were honest about their pricing until you walk in to finalize it. They are out there to get you either by your trade in or at the finance department. Being a finance guy that wasn't possible to fool me. I'd say DARCARS Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Rockville wasn't anything like the other ones. After my online inquiry we had a verbal agreement over the phone and I drove to the dealership to finalize the paperworks. Not only they were the best price for my car, they were also honest and upfront. They honored everything we agreed over the phone, my sales consultant Marcellus Blanding was very professional, the car was already cleaned and ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. The sales manager Omar Alani was very clear and upfront about my trade in and the financed out the door amount. On top of all the general manager Ali Mohamadi provided superior customer service from the moment I stepped in the dealership until I left, making sure everything was taking care of. He personally stopped by multiple times to offer his help. The finance department was also clear about everything and the process was very quick compared to my past experiences. I know car buying can be a very frustrating experience but DARCARS made that very pleasant for me and I want to send my special thanks to the General Manager Ali for making my wife dreams come true during this Holiday Season. More

I live over an hour away with a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership literally right next door to me. After speaking with Marcellus over the phone I figured I had to make the trip just to compliment his customer service. I work 7 days a week so I got there 5 minutes before they closed on Sunday. Marcellus met me outside and not once was I made uncomfortable for coming when they closed. Within 10 minutes of arriving everything was set up and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. The very next day Marcellus called me to let me know the deal was ready and the car was ready. I didn't get off until 7:30pm and arrived at the dealership at 9:05pm. Again I was treated like I was there early in the morning and they had all day for me. I went straight into finance with IJ Jemli. He laughed me through the whole thing and again never once felt uncomfortable. In and out of finance in 30 minutes? That's worth driving over 70 miles for!!
