Don't do what they are paid to do!! So a long story short...my car started smoking and stall(the engine cut off in the middle of the street). I talk to Chrysler about the issue and they mention that it had to due with the recall for an accelerator, so I submitted my car to this particular dealership for repair. After retrieving my car ON THE SAME DAY from the dealership, my car began to smoke & stall and oil ran out of it....again!! I was so scare that a fire would break out so I call the fire department. This was the same situation I describe the dealership about and they did not fix my issue, I have a police witness and video camera footage of my car smoking less than an hour of getting my car back from the dealership. So now I am asking them to return my money or I will file a lawsuit against the dealership and company. This is the third time I had issue with my car and Chrysler never fixes correctly. More

I met the so called "service advisor" Ronald I visited this center yesterday/ Feb..20,2018 / for a malfunction on my Jeep backup camera and balance. I met the so called "service advisor" Ronald Ea . He told me to pick my car in the afternoon but when I call back at around 5pm, not yet fixed and he told me new camera ordered for morrow morning . Today he gave me a call for pick up at 11:40am every thing set and I paid 96 dollar. Nothing fixed , I still do not know whether I paid for overnight parking or for a service . This is not a first time .while I visited the center for oil change same thing happen,Poor customer service, Poor Qualit of work and Poor complaint handling skill. I have learnt that the technical team at this center lacks professional skill and business ethics.I think deceiving a customer is a cardinal sin, Unless the top management act to improve the service team I don't recommend this center. More

Daughter's Purchase Ms. Pat King is reliable, timely, honest, friendly etc. etc. This is the second time I have used Ms. King through the years to purchase a vehicle and Ms. Pat King is reliable, timely, honest, friendly etc. etc. This is the second time I have used Ms. King through the years to purchase a vehicle and I would definitely use her again and again. She doesn't try to steal you blind but steals you into the right direction. This is a terrible place. Called Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday. Confirmed it. Can't even figure out how to book an appointment into their system. Then they try telling me that something that should be covered by warranty would cost $175. Will not be returning here ever. No wonder they have a 3 star rating. More
Worst customer service EVER!!! Isaac, Benjamin, and the GSM of sales are the worst to deal with! I purchased a $52k 2017 Dodge Ram from them that had some light scratches on it. The Isaac, Benjamin, and the GSM of sales are the worst to deal with! I purchased a $52k 2017 Dodge Ram from them that had some light scratches on it. They were supposed to pick my truck up from my work on the Monday after I purchased it and never showed up, no phone call, nothing. I went up to ask what was going on and they said they could do it the following Monday. That Monday came and finally after calling and getting in touch with Benjamin he showed up at 145p to pick up my truck. He brought it back at 4 and said they could only do an estimate on it and it was scheduled for the following Tuesday. I asked several times, so you will come get my truck ok Tuesday and fix all of the scratches along with the fender flare that had a gap in it, along with the interior trim piece that was missing. Benjamin assured me that he would personally pick my truck up that Tuesday and take care of it. Again, no one showed up! That evening the manager of the body shop where I work personally fixed my truck minus the missing interior piece. This was now going on 3 weeks since I had purchased my truck. This is not how you treat a customer who just buys a new vehicle from you. If you say you're going to do something then follow through. Still after all this trouble NOTHING was done to compensate me for wasting my time! This is the worst dealership that I've ever dealt with and would never recommend buying a vehicle from them. Take my advice and go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle. Another issue was they were supposed to pay off my old truck within 10 days. At the 15 day mark I asked what was going on with that and why it hadn't been paid off yet. I got the usual I'm not sure what's going on response. I did not pay a truck payment for my old truck that month because it was supposed to be paid off before my payment was due so again they (Olu) dropped the ball. Highly disappointed in the horrible customer service I received and how they treat people. More
