Oil change I brought my car in for an oil change. I didn’t make an appointment and arrived at about 3:30. My car was quickly taken in and I was out of the dealer I brought my car in for an oil change. I didn’t make an appointment and arrived at about 3:30. My car was quickly taken in and I was out of the dealership within 30-45 minutes. They were very courteous from the time I pulled up until the time I checked out. The waiting area was nice and clean with a TV to watch and free Wi-Fi (a big plus). They have plenty of magazines and coffee to keep you warm while you wait. My experience was great and that’s why I take my car to an authorized dealer for maintenance. Keep up the good work. I especially like to quick service line that allows me to get minor service on my car without having to make an appointment. More
Dishonest Dealership Experience I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service received from the general manager Tim Ralston at the New Carrolton Experience I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service received from the general manager Tim Ralston at the New Carrolton, MD location and the shady/inconclusive research into my complaint to the Customer Relations office. This dealership sold us a vehicle that has a bent and broken parts underneath in addition to one wrong tire that is a different model then the other 3 tires and used; and the general manager Tim Ralston and the customer relations office; spoke with Kim, refused to accept responsibility for! Tim stated that since we could not prove that it was not like that when purchased; even though we had the invoice from a reputable/certified BMW dealership stating otherwise, they are not liable. Soooooo WARNING if you are considering purchasing a used or new vehicle from this dealership. The general manager Tim Ralston was very rude, impolite and disrespectful to us and had no intentions on trying to work with us to resolve the issue, be honest and do the right thing, he just ASSUMED we was trying to get over and being dishonest like him. It is really sad that this manager and the DARCAR Customer Relations office, that should be more concerned with customer satisfaction and assist however possible, so quickly dismiss their customers and treat them with such harshness and uncaring attitudes. I can't imagine the owners are aware of this type of behavior being displayed from their employees I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, they are dishonest people with no integrity or care for their customers and will not take responsibility for any errors/oversight done by them More

I’ve never purchased a vehicle in a couple of hours. In the past when I purchased a vehicle it took hours and most of the time I had to go back the next day. Faster service than I thought I came in for a oil change and an four wheel alignment. They had a recall software upgrade for me too! Since, I didn’t make a scheduled appointment I I came in for a oil change and an four wheel alignment. They had a recall software upgrade for me too! Since, I didn’t make a scheduled appointment I was told it might be three to four hours before they’re done. However, after an hour and a half they were done. Yaaaaaay! My only complaint was my lights being off. I drive with my automatic lights enabled, and got my truck and the light were completely off, and at the time, I did not know this... Later that rainy evening I’m driving down the street and a car pulled out in front of me from a parked position. I swerved almost hitting another person standing on the yellow line trying to cross the street. While was trying to avoid T-boning the moving car. My truck is black and it was night and raining. The bottomline is he didn’t see me because my lights were not on... lucky for everybody nobody got hit or hurt. Please put customer’s lights and sun roof back (yes my sunroof was left open too) to where it was before releasing the vehicles!!! Thanks! More
