My salesman, Lambert, did an excellent job of communicating with me. We agreed on a price, I was sent the necessary paperwork and concluded the sale. Went smoothly as possible considering I live communicating with me. We agreed on a price, I was sent the necessary paperwork and concluded the sale. Went smoothly as possible considering I live 800 miles away. My wife and I flew to Baltimore to pick up the F250. Lambert picked us up at the airport, went back to the dealership and within 30 minutes we were on our way. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Would recommend this dealership completely. More
Highly recommend the team at DARCARS Jeep New Carrollton! I live in Arlington, Virginia. I had been looking for weeks, calling and driving to numerous dealerships all over Northern VA, as well as MD. Fina I live in Arlington, Virginia. I had been looking for weeks, calling and driving to numerous dealerships all over Northern VA, as well as MD. Finally, I called DARCARS New Carrollton and spoke with Tim Ralston, the General Manager. It was a done deal. He was straightforward, honest, and easy to talk to. I got top dollar for my Hyundai trade-in and a great price on the purchase -- an all around fabulous experience leasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I couldn't be happier. James, the sales consultant, was helpful and accommodating, as were Olu and Cedric. Feels great to get a good deal and have a positive experience! More

He has lied to me a number of times about the vehicle I brought. The rotors are bad and they don't want to fix them and I'm under a warranty. Avoid this dealership! More
****DON'T GO****STAY AWAY**** Only giving 1 star because I can't give ZERO. Worst auto experience of my life. Dishonest with genuine intent to deceive. (the only exception is Ken- the finance guy- he w I can't give ZERO. Worst auto experience of my life. Dishonest with genuine intent to deceive. (the only exception is Ken- the finance guy- he was Great) There was ZERO desire to provide any type of customer service, even when I made it as easy as humanly possible. I gave crystal clear communication and specific questions.. which were met with repetitive disregard and false information. They, (sales rep) specifically, lied repeatedly about several things, which I later discovered and they could not have cared less. Even contacted the General Manger, Tim, directly.. and, despite an abundance of clear examples of wrong doing, he made no attempt to correct or reconcile, beyond a simple apology. He said he would follow up, never did. Give your business elsewhere. Updated February 2022 Despite the "Response on here from Customer Relations" I have attempted to contact them multiple times now.. Zero Response. More

THE PRESIDENT IS READING FROM A SCRIPT WITH A COVID MESSAGE WHERE NO ONE IN THE VIDEO IS WEARING A MASK, THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE CDC AND IT WOULD APPEAR THAT HE JUST MADE A VIDEO TO MAKE A VIDEO. MESSAGE WHERE NO ONE IN THE VIDEO IS WEARING A MASK, THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE CDC AND IT WOULD APPEAR THAT HE JUST MADE A VIDEO TO MAKE A VIDEO. ONLY 3 PEOPLE IN HIS DEALERSHIP WORE MASKS AND NO ONE WORE GLOVES. I received referrals from my brothers, all of whom purchased new cars from Darcars over the years. In total, they have purchased 10 vehicles. I attempted to order a Ram Promaster, which is a commercial vehicle, from the factory but due to FCA backorders and delays I was unable to build and buy direct. I would have had to wait until 2022 to receive the vehicle. When I spoke with the first Darcars dealership in Marlow Heights I was appalled by the lack of knowledge and colloquialism used by the sales team. The woman with whom I spoke was clueless about the vehicle, mentioned a higher being and spoke to me in street speech which I found profoundly inappropriate and demeaning. To add, every other phrase began with "I'm not even going to lie...." whenever she mentioned a vehicle specification. I am a professional and when I decided to purchase a commercial vehicle the expectation, at minimum, was respect. I find it highly offensive to use race as an olive branch. I am a customer unrelated to the staff and expected to be treated as such. I do not appreciate being treated as if I am a stereotype as a persuasive strategy to get a sale. It is disrespectful. When the representative called me back and mentioned God and kept shouting "WON'T HE DO IT...", I decided to go to another Darcars dealership. She was beyond rude and I simply do not think "training" is an option. I found a vehicle at another DARCARS location. I received an email from George Sparks requesting I select a time to come and "test drive" the vehicle. Subsequently, I received a telephone call. I was told by the salesperson over the telephone he would send an email to confirm a time for 2:00 pm and have the van pulled up so I could test drive.. I never received the email but arrived at 2:00 pm. He had to get the van. I arrived and parked near the service department and the workers would not stop staring at my crotch. One worker said "Hey, Boo..." which I ignored. At least 50% of the staff were maskless which I found irresponsible. Meanwhile, as I waited while for the sales associate to retrieve the van, his maskless colleague asked me what I was "looking at" and asked if I wanted to "record him" three times despite having made no contact with this man whatsoever. I asked if he were talking to me and he repeated the same question. I asked "Excuse me..?" Then he looked dumbfounded and walked over to the main desk where there were two maskless men. When the van finally arrived, I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle despite the email. We sat down to go over the numbers and I noticed optional fees; $328, $295, $200 and another fee. None of the fees were required by law. He asked me 3 times if I wanted to trade in my vehicle and I said "No". Then he asked me what "type of car do you drive?" I told him I drove a Nissan Altima although I have a Porsche and he gave me a "look". I told him I would pay all of the fees in cash which was about $6000. After me and the sales associate looked at the vehicle and he prepared the quote, I was told I could not have the quote on paper, that I needed to memorize the information. I was confused and expressed to him that I would needed to give paperwork to my accountant. He then said I could "take a photo with my camera" and that he would email me the information. Keep in mind, this was an in-person visit. I never received the quote or a follow-up. I emailed and CALLED the CUSTOMER RELATIONS department. Never received a response from DARCARS. I was told on the telephone that I would receive a follow-up. I still have not received the numbers for the vehicle in a formal capacity despite me telling the sales guy that I wanted to make the purchase before Thursday of the same week. I have never experienced this level of ignorance and rudeness. I have worked with FCA and I know firsthand this is not reflective of their brand and corporate culture. I think if I were a white person I would have been treated with respect. You cannot convince me the customer service was great and these reviews are not fake. You can tell this organization does not value Black customers but they will take their money. If their customer base was White the dealership would be cleaner, the staff better trained and they would have better standards. More
My recent buying experience at Darcars Jeep New Carrollton was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. This was the 25th vehicle I’ve purchased in my life and was better than my prior excellent experiences with Mercedes, Acura and Infiniti. My initial contact was with sales person Caesy Rivera by phone and he was very informative about the Darcars pricing strategy and verifying the 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude (w/5.7L Hemi) I was interested in was available. I was unable to travel the 1.5 hours to the dealership till this past Friday (9 Oct). Upon arrival and after being introduced to sales managers Frankie and Tim, Caesy explained features of the vehicle (this was my first time driving a Grand Cherokee) and the basic outline of where we were going on the test drive. The Grand Cherokee was quite impressive. Upon return to the dealership, Caesy provided the dealerships initial sales write up. I was impressed with their first offer on the F150 I was trading in. The Darcars sales price of the Grand Cherokee was quite fair based upon my several weeks of research. After a brief discussion with Frankie (Semper Fi!), we were able to come to an acceptable compromise on pricing of both the Grand Cherokee and my F150 trade in. This occurred in <5 minutes of start of negotiations! Amazing!!! To add more greatness to this transaction, when I met with Andrew in F & I, he was prepared for me, had pertinent documents laid out and explained extended warranty options. I already had pre-approved financing with my bank, so that merely streamlined the process. Andrew was very professional – as are all of the folks I interacted with at Darcars New Carrollton! The vast inventory selection (they were the only dealer within 75 miles with Hemi powered High Altitudes – and they had four of them) and wonderful sales professionals at Darcars New Carrollton certainly made my 1.5 hour drive each way well worth the effort and time invested. Stephen Slater (not listed below) helped my wife and I find the perfect truck. Completely enjoyable experience. He wasn't pushy at all, he calmly walked us through all the features and let us test drive find the perfect truck. Completely enjoyable experience. He wasn't pushy at all, he calmly walked us through all the features and let us test drive as much as we needed. When they didn't have the exact right truck on the lot, we worked together and found one across town and worked out an amazing deal. When it was finally time to purchase the car, Andrew (sales Manage) was polite, prompt, and very efficient, in and out super fast. Great experience! More
