Whoever the owner is really needs to clean house with the staff that he hires. I went to get tags & title and one of the staffers walked up to me nasty & rude while I had my son with me and acted like she was about to hit me in the face. All that because I am inquiring about tags & title of a car I bought!!!! The worst experience ever! The sales manager put his head down and acted like he didn't hear or see anything. And the staff was laughing about the situation. I guess since I bought 2 cars from them already they could care less how there employees treat their customers! Horrible place! More
Lack Integrity First... They did not honor their advertised internet price, charging an addition $790 over that price. Secondly, they did not inform me of the missin First... They did not honor their advertised internet price, charging an addition $790 over that price. Secondly, they did not inform me of the missing remotes and only having one key. Yet the vehicle was advertised with "Remote Start" and "Keyless Entry". Without the remotes, these features are useless and just as well not be installed. Then, after intense negotiation , they agreed to pay for one remote and the second key, plus the programming. All I had to do is go to a dealer of the make and procure them, and their programming, bring them the receipt, for with I would be reimbursed. However, in the end, this was not true...even after I did it all less than their estimated price, $21 less...it may seem trivial, but they shorted me approximately $28 of my out of pocket cost. At first it was $58, then I pushed the issue until they gave me $20 more. I'm suggest that you micro review everything, more so, if the vehicle is even equipped as advertised. Too, don't get reeled in trough false internet pricing. Do research for competitive pricing... If I had to do it again, I would go on down the road to one of their competitors, for I look of some integrity in dealing, not total deception. In closing, I was contacted by by customer relations, assuring that they would do a review and get back to me.... Ha! Just another one of their dishonesty moves. I'm sure they are glad our business is concluded. More

I even wrote "do not pull my credit" on the form I completed. I was there on a Friday & I asked him to wait til Wed the following wk to pull my credit bc I was dealing with a refi. He totally disregarded my request. I spoke with a Gen Mgr named Louis & he called apologizing said he would give me a letter to send to my refi guy but they have totally disregarded my calls. DarCars did get me approved at an excellent rate but I declined bc of their unethical act. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Guess they thought I was desperate but I will take my car buying elsewhere. More
Approach with caution, please do not purchase here! On August 25, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot (Manuel transmission) with 1,800 miles from Darcars New Carrollton. My entire experience has been dreadf On August 25, I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot (Manuel transmission) with 1,800 miles from Darcars New Carrollton. My entire experience has been dreadful, exhausting, and full of broken promises from the dealer. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the certified used vehicle, the car broke down to the extent of being non-drivable. I called and informed the dealer and GM (SAM, who was extremely unprofessional towards me and his staff) and they assured me they were going to have the vehicle towed to their location to be repaired, which they did however I was charged over $90 for the tow. Once the vehicle was at their location they did not offer me loner vehicle nor did they offer me any assistance to getting home. I informed the dealer and GM that I just purchased this vehicle, it should not have broken down 24 hours later, that I would like another vehicle, and loaner vehicle in the meantime. The only options given to me was taking an upside down loan for a more expensive vehicle and receiving a loaner vehicle was out of the question. After waiting a week I received a call stating the vehicle was repaired, that they had to do major repair on the clutch or manual transmission. I go pick up the vehicle, I am reassured that the vehicle has been repaired, that I would be reimbursed for the tow, and that I should have not have been charged for the tow in the first place; but my experience doesn’t stop here. I had to take the car back the very next day because the protective shield underneath the car was not reassembled correctly, which caused the entire front piece to scrape the ground. I take the car back to the dealer, for the protective shield to be replaced shield. Once it was replaced, I requested the service repair record(s) for that day and any other services records from the moment of my ownership. I was then instructed that I would receive those records and reimbursement for the tow, which would be no longer than 2 weeks from that date and sent out via express delivery method. To date, it has been over a month and I have yet to receive anything. To make matter worse, no one communicated anything to me in terms of the delay or reasons for the delay. So, I reached out to them again and this time I was reassured that everything was in the mail, but no one can provide me with a tracking number or ETA of the package delivery, which I have yet to receive and it has been a week and a half since that conversation. In conclusion, the customer service is terrible, their maintenance repair service is subpar at best, upper management is unorganized rude and fail to meet the mission, vision, and commitment to the consumer, of the organization. I am putting my experience out there because I do not want anyone to experience what I have, which has been costly, time consuming, and very insulting. More
Price seemed good, actual condition and service poor I have only had the vehicle for 19 months. So far, major engine work and TPM replacement ($1300). When the part finally came in they installed it and I have only had the vehicle for 19 months. So far, major engine work and TPM replacement ($1300). When the part finally came in they installed it and parked the vehicle. I waited another 2 hours to find out they were done. Bottomline: I had the rental for 9 days and my warranty only covered 5 days. Then I had to hound them for a month to get any reimbursement for the 4 days not covered. New episode: Now transmission leaking, and bad starter. Their service department is backed up. They can't even look at my vehicle for two days. by then I've used up two days out of my rental car coverage under the warranty. I asked if I could take the car and make an appointment. They said they would not recommend driving the car with a transmission leak. It's only money. More

RUN, RUN, DON'T STOP HERE!!!! DISHONEST, VAIN AND NONCARING We were referred to this dealership....I will not REFER ANYONE...THIS IS A WARNING....My experience with this dealership was the absolute worse. PLEA We were referred to this dealership....I will not REFER ANYONE...THIS IS A WARNING....My experience with this dealership was the absolute worse. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP....YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! AND OUT OF HARD EARNED MONEY! I just purchased a used Town and Country, 2011, in January 2015, for an astronomical price of almost $19,000 with more than 70k miles. Before taking the car off the lot, we noticed that one of the sliding doors did not work...Safety Issue! Do Not believe Vehicle was MD Inspected properly, because this would have been repaired. It was mentioned to the management and we were told we would have to pay for the repair. Because of the Need for this type of vehicle, we came back to have it repaired. Once this problem was taken care of, just last week, Major repair issues are NOW required on the vehicle, like: External/Auxiliary Trans Oil Cooler Hoses, Belt Tensioner, R&R, Drive Belt and Idler Pulley, (another couple thousands of dollars $$$$ More Money) just to name a few. These are items that should have been found and replaced during a MD Inspection and not needing repair less than 3 months. If the MD Inspection was complete, these safety issues would not be an issue. Went to management this week to discuss my concerns, with no success...had to pay out MORE MONEY. This just Infuriates me and really should not have to be addressed. If you review the comments from Miransimon above, about a new car, I can Agree with their experience....THIS IS A WARNING!!!! Also, when presenting your copy of paperwork, Never Let It Out Of Your Hands, adjustments can and will be made, as with OURS...BE CAREFUL. Made every attempt to correct problem...OUT Of Money and STUCK with a UNSAFE VEHICLE at this Point. The Sales person was GREAT! Mrs. King, but the financial group took total advantage of our Families Need for a vehicle and RIPPED US OFF. DARCARS....JUST MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THE FAMILY'S SAKE....!!! More

Do Not buy from here!!! WARNING DO NOT BUY. I had to give them a rating of 1 to right this review but they don't even deserve that. They have the absolute worst customer serv WARNING DO NOT BUY. I had to give them a rating of 1 to right this review but they don't even deserve that. They have the absolute worst customer service and loyalty. My father went to buy my dream car and we found out that one of the tires aren't matching and one of the tires had a gash on the side with the tires metallic interior material showing. This didn't happen in our possession and it was sold to us this way. They took the car to get it washed and cleaned and who knows what they did. The car is unsafe to drive because the driver side tire had an air pressure of 28 which was a michelin tire, the front passenger side had a good year tire with 37 tire pressure, the back left was a michelin tire with 28 pressure, and the back right had a michelin tire with a huge gash on the side and 27 air pressure. The car wasn't safe to drive and that tire wasn't holding the air pressure correctly. After calling them for a day straight trying to resolve the issue, it went no where. They kept putting us on hold and transferring us till the call dropped. We went there with intentions for keeping the car but they didn't care about trying to fix the issue. After all of this we totally lost trust and why would anyone trust someone when something goes wrong with a 30,000 dollar vehicle. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE SCUMSS AND THEY TALK NICE AT FIRST BUT THEIR INTENTION IS TO SELL YOU CARS THAT THEY HAVEN'T EVEN CHECKED FOR ISSUES. THEY TRY TO FLIP THE BS THEY GET IN AND TAKE ADVANTAGE BY DRAINING ALL YOUR MONEY. More
Excellent Team who Listens! I want to thank Lambert Selenou (Sales Consultant), Frankie Gach, (Sales Manager), and Roxana Lopez, (Finance Manager) of DARCARS Chrysler Jeep Dodge I want to thank Lambert Selenou (Sales Consultant), Frankie Gach, (Sales Manager), and Roxana Lopez, (Finance Manager) of DARCARS Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Carrollton! I was immediately greeted by Lambert who listened as I told him the type of car I wanted in order to fulfill my day to day needs, the price I was willing to pay because I wanted to live within my means and something reliable. After he didn’t show me the door, He immediately brought me two cars that were within my price range and one that he knew that I would really like (2011 Volkswagen Jetta). (Gorgeous, Clean Car Inside and Out) He was very patient as I called my mechanic and confidant and didn’t try to upsell me. He showed me the Carfax and then asked if we can give you the price that you want and if you are satisfied with the car inside and out, would you leave with it today, I told him YES! Lambert then sent me over to Frankie who worked some magic and next thing I knew, I was introduced to Roxana, who told me that the car was mine if I was satisfied with the price which included extended warranty (Added Care Plus) for 2 years (Well I was shocked, speechless and so very elated!) They were really honest with me because my credit score was a little less than perfect, but this team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my satisfaction was guaranteed at every turn. Sooo, papers were signed and I walked away with my car within a matter of hours. This was by far the most easiest time that I have ever had in buying a car and trust me I have met some characters. So if you are in need of a CAR and DEALERSHIP that truly listens and won’t haggle with you, then you need to RUN, CATCH THE BUS, and/or WALK to DARCARS Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Carrollton! More
