Despite the fact that someone from DarCars Customer Relations office by the name of Jammie Dobson reponded with the appearance of being concerned....I never heard back from her either....THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I will NOT even take my current Jeep there for service. DO NOT deal with Hassan or Louis (the sales mgr)...they are unethical and do not care about the customer. They only care about their bottom line sales and nothing is wrong with that but at least stay honest & professional.
