My experience with Javan started a year ago. I came in and saw Javan, He was kind and very considerate. He went way beyond his call of duty. He helped me very much that day a year ago. Now I’ve been looking for a specific vehicle and I seen that they have what I want and I also see the price is dropping so I decided to inquire about a vehicle. They gave me a buyers order which included a that they have what I want and I also see the price is dropping so I decided to inquire about a vehicle. They gave me a buyers order which included an unnecessary markup darcars fee of $1273.40 because I was using cash .. WHAT!!! which I thought was ridiculous so I tried to make a fair offer and they just completely ghosted me . Mind you I’m ready to purchase and I’m willing to fly in out of state . So they will advertise one price but when you inquire you get markups and it’s sad because I dealt with this company many years back and they were extremely fair but I guess taking advantage of their customers is what they consider fair.. The dealership is horrible! !! They sold me a Nissan Sentra packed with so much to fix . They lied they got the car inspected which was a lie. They never picked up their calls an !! Most often, they hung up on me. They duped me by refusing to fix the car because their 30 day warranty insisted to fix the car at their place which I found dishonest. Why must the car be fixed only at their dealership? They are reaping customers off and they keep transferring calls from one person to the next to avoid confrontation with customers. I just drove this car for two weeks and start spending money on it. They reap people off.BEWRE OF DARCARS OF NEW CARROLTON.. D ont get caught up with their fake kidness.. More
Kevin Mejia and Tim the GM were great to work with.
