Now I’ve been looking for a specific vehicle and I seen that they have what I want and I also see the price is dropping so I decided to inquire about a vehicle. WHAT!!! which I thought was ridiculous so I tried to make a fair offer and they just completely ghosted me . Mind you I’m ready to purchase and I’m willing to fly in out of state . So they will advertise one price but when you inquire you get markups and it’s sad because I dealt with this company many years back and they were extremely fair but I guess taking advantage of their customers is what they consider fair.. The dealership is horrible! !! They sold me a Nissan Sentra packed with so much to fix . They lied they got the car inspected which was a lie. They never picked up their calls an !! I bought a 2022 Jeep WRANGLER ordered from the factory back in Jan. One of the managers sat down with me and ordered everything. Including Sirius XM Radio which added $1200 to the total price. I noticed in May that there is no Sirius XM Radio on this vehicle. The dealership says the factory screwed up and did not install it. Upon further research, including the build sheet which i downloaded online, there is no Sirius XM Radio listed. I paid for Sirius XM Radio on this jeep and they need to make this right. More
