I was given the late service at Auto parts but was charged 900.00 dollars on a 15.000 mile car. However, Terry Ferguson assisted me from the beginning and end and made the experience way less traumatic than I had anticipated. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and the finance process. He was aware of my limited time in the dealership and made certain that I was not in there the entire day. We were able to negotiate a price range and vehicle that was comfortable for me and my family. Overall, my experience with Darcars Marlow Heights is worth recommending to anyone. More
At new car delivery, I encountered a problem that nearly killed the deal. The salesman could not resolve it, but the manager, Paul Tibolla, came out, recognized the issue, and gave me his word that the pro killed the deal. Although I had my doubts, true to his word, the problem was resolved completely to my satisfaction. The last thing I wanted to do was travel from Virginia to Maryland, but the selection and price was worth it. The sales people are incredibly knowledgable and worked with me to spec out the exact car with the options I wanted. There is a difference between getting a car with popular options and getting a car with the options you want. Their inventory is enormous and that allowed me to get the exact car I wanted, while not having to pay for options I didn't want. After selecting the car, Darcars priced it at a point substantially less than the other Jeep dealerships I had visited. They made me an attractive offer on my trade in (more than what the other dealership was willing to pay). Finishing up the transaction was a breeze. They took care of the transfer documents for my trade-in (which was coming off a lease from an unrelated car manufacturer - something I was not looking forward to). For my new car, the paperwork was prepared promptly and clearly explained. They even made sure my 9-year old was entertained so that I could actually read the documents without being interrupted. When it came time to drive off, they helped me sync my phone to the car, set up my satellite radio and even walked me through the process of programming my garage opener. Other dealerships usually point you to the manual and say it's very easy to do (it's not). I would not hesitate to return to Darcars for my next auto purchase. More

My car was hit on the driver side on Monday March 7,2011 I bought the car from the DARCARS on Auth Way I didn't know what to do I had no money to have the car repaired and it wasn't enough damage to turn in I bought the car from the DARCARS on Auth Way I didn't know what to do I had no money to have the car repaired and it wasn't enough damage to turn into the insurance company. It was a hit and run I did call the police department and made a report the officer said that it was about 200.00 worth of damage I told him my insurance is 500.00 deductable he told me maybe you can get someone to buff it out and pay the dealer to put some paint on it. He said I don't think the dealer will do it but you can try. I told him you just told me the dealer might put some paint on it he said I just said that but dealer don't want nothing but money. I told him I think this dealership is really nice where I bought the car from, because the saleman was going to let me go to another dealership because I was a couple hundred short and I ask to speak with the manager because I wanted the car I looked at and I didn't want to hunt anymore. He when and got the manager I explain to him about the car and the money and he let me get the car. I told him that I was going back and speak with the manager again he has to remember me but he didn't. But I said a little prayer to myself and I told him what happen he ask to see the car. I show him he ask me to give him a call after he talk with his painter. I called him he told me to bring the car the painter spoke with him again and it was taken care of. Thank JESUS and Paul it did look a little bad,now it is back to how it looked. Thank the painter to! More
Had a good car buying experience with Darcars. Called them over the phone about what car we wanted and how much we were willing to pay (not close to MSRP). It didn't take too long for them to agree on the price or the car after a few calls. When we forgot to confirm the OTD price the previous evening, we called them on the way to the dealership to confirm, and the OTD price was the same. So they didn't try to scam us into coming down at a certain price, and then add in a bunch of fees. We test drove the car by ourselves, and immediately started the paperwork when we returned. The F&I Mgr wasn't there that day, so Terry helped complete the paperwork as best he could, and all seems well so far. Steven cleaned up the car and filled up the tank, told us about care and maintenance of having a black car, and told us other little tidbits about the car. I've had to call a couple them a couple times more in the process of coordination with our lienholder, and the gentlemen we've talked to have been more than helpful. The receptionist can be a bit lacking in helpfulness and good attitude, but it's not as bad as previous comments - although they might have replaced that receptionist since then. Sometimes I talk a bit too long, and I can tell the salesmen are in a bit of a hurry to get off the phone, so that's understandable. Raushad, however, was as ingratiating as he could be, even though the particular question I asked him was not within his domain, and he apologized for having to transfer me back to the receptionist so I could request the proper person. I hope, for our sake, based upon the previous comments that the dealership has turned a corner. More
