I received a call from DARCARS Marlow Heights asking that I come in to "take a look" at what they had to offer as I am a previous Chrysler owner. It was Saturday, December 8, 2012 and I was leaving the beauty salon. I had a few hours between weekend tasks, so I stopped by. The representative that called me told me to ask for the general manager, Paul, when I arrived. Paul came right down and greeted me and had Sidney come over to take me out to the lot. I told Sidney the expectations I had and he went right to work. We found a vehicle and took care of the formalities. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey the same day. Tuesday AM (early), the roof was leaking on the vehicle. I called Sidney and he met me at the dealer at 9 AM. This is when Terry and Masoud were introduced. They understood my concerns and offered their support in my decision. They worked frantically to find a new vehicle for me as I was not willing to take the vehicle that was leaking back. Terry found me a new vehicle at another local DARCARS. He assured me that the new car was completely comprable to the first vehicle. Long Story Short, things could have been very "messy" but without the help and perseverance of Terry Ferguson and Masoud Kamail, I would have probably gone to another dealer and purchased a vehicle. I found a car on autotrade that took me to darcars. I talked to Sidney Perry. Told him I wanted the car. He transferred me to Warren Gaddy who said that I could have the car. On Friday morning I got a ce talked to Sidney Perry. Told him I wanted the car. He transferred me to Warren Gaddy who said that I could have the car. On Friday morning I got a certified check, fax it to him and told him that it should be there on Saturday. Friday afternoon when I call to make sure they got my fax I was told by Warren Gaddy that there was a problem with the title on the car and we would have to wait until Monday for the DMV to open to straighten it out. The DMV was closed on Monday for Columbus Day. I will say that my check for some reason(the post office said that there was no one authorize to sign for it on Saturday.(it had attention Warren Gaddy and my understanding he was there all day) which I find that hard to believe with a car dealership) Anyway, they sold the car(if they had it at all) to someone else. I believe that happened on Friday night even though Warren Gaddy gave me a verbal agreement on Thursday and even Friday morning that the car was mine. He even told me that his wife wanted it and he told me that he told her that he had sold it to me. I called to talk to the general manager and as of 9pm this evening I have not heard from him so my advise is never, never deal with this company. From my experience their word is not any good. Now I just hope I will get my check back as quickly as I sent it to them. A M Long More

I've been a customer since 2010. I traded in a 09' Benz C230 for a 10' Dodge Charger. Recently, traded again for a new 12' Dodge Journey. I had a '98 Pontiac Grand Prix that was on the verge to an end after 8 or so years. Thanks to the excellent and friendly people at Darcars of Marlow Heights I was able to trade that in and come away with a an end after 8 or so years. I just want to thank Paul Tibolla, Christine Lenyon, Tim Williams and the rest of the crew for making my first experience memorable. I am a first time car buyer, one who has spent the last 8 years driving a 1999 Plymouth Voyager minivan which I was given by my parents when I turned 16. Two weeks ago, that minivan finally met its end and it became time for me to grow up and buy my first vehicle. Naturally, since this was my first foray into this process, I had absolutely no idea where to start. Do I go to a dealership? Used car lot? Look in the classifieds? Internet? Craigslist? After growing up hearing the classic, unflattering stories about car salesmen, I was understandably nervous about going to a dealership; and being an absolute novice when it comes to anything automotive, I was hesitant about going out on my own to a private seller and choosing a vehicle in good working order at a fair price. Well, after a few of the people I worked with mentioned contacting Paul Tibolla at the Darcars of Marlow Heights, I picked up the phone and called the dealership. Paul was as friendly and helpful as could be, I told him how much I wanted my monthly payment to be and the kind of car I was looking for and he immediately went to work. Within an hour he had called me back with a prospective truck which had everything I had told him I wanted. Not wanting to settle on the first option that came my way, I told him to keep looking, and again, Paul delivered very quickly a few more options. Each time we talked he provided answers to every one of my questions and never once tried to push me into a vehicle. Eventually we came upon a 2010 Dodge Dakota with 13,000 miles and everything else I had asked him for. He not only told me what he could sell it to me for, but what I could expect to pay per month depending on different financing options. I did my own research on what similar trucks were selling for and found the price at Darcars to be more than fair. I told Mr. Tibolla that I was very interested in the Dodge Dakota and wanted to try and get down to take it for a test drive, but that since I didn’t currently have a vehicle I would have to try and find someone to try and give me a ride down there. Mr. Tibolla went completely out of his way and offered to drive the truck to me to test drive. I met him at my work and talked with him about all of the features, and took it for a quick test drive. I was very impressed with the truck and told him that it was definitely the truck for me. He told me he would hold it for me until I got a chance to get down there and pick it up. I called Mr. Tibolla later that day and told him what day I was planning to come down, and he told me he would have one of his salespeople call me to set up the time. Very quickly Patricia Lee called me and we set up a time that I would be at the dealership, she gave me her cell phone number and told me that if I had any questions to not hesitate to give her a call and she would be glad to answer them. After I arrived, Ms. Lee was absolutely wonderful to work with, she was right there when I arrived, and she helped me through all of the paperwork. She was with me every step of the process. After all of the formalities were finished, which took far less time than I expected, thanks to Ms. Lee, she even took me out to my car and explained to me everything I needed to know about it. The truck was absolutely spotless, with even a full tank of gas. She went above and beyond anything I had expected. I absolutely love my new truck, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Mr. Tibolla and Ms. Lee. I cannot imagine working with anyone who provides greater service than these two. I felt so comfortable the whole time and truly felt that they were more interested in finding me the car I wanted than making the sale. It is because of these two that I will recommend them and Darcars of Marlow Heights to anyone looking buy a new car. When it becomes time for me to again buy a car, I will definitely look forward to again working with Mr. Tibolla and Ms. Lee. Thank you! More
Paul and his team are great. I like an honest dealership that treats the customer with respect and values a long-term relationship. I have bought two Dodge Challengers from this dealership and they have tak that treats the customer with respect and values a long-term relationship. I have bought two Dodge Challengers from this dealership and they have taken great care of me. The service side of this operation makes the whole place work like a family-style auto dealer that knows your name your car and makes spending time at the dealership enjoyable.
