This was my first time dealing with DARCARS and they blew me away with their service & professionalism. I was hesitant about placing my first custom order because of what I heard talking with others that hav me away with their service & professionalism. I was hesitant about placing my first custom order because of what I heard talking with others that have gone through this process and reading forums that stated they waited 8-12 weeks to receive their vehicles and having other negative feedback. My order was placed the last week of February and arrived before the end of March which was a couple of weeks ahead of the estimated delivery time provided when ordered. Jerick and the whole team were on top of everything and kept me posted throughout the build, with me grounding the lease from another manufacturer and on delivery date were able to get me on the road in record breaking time. I have another lease that is expiring in July and look forward to begin the process of ordering its replacement in the next couple of weeks. More
Had been searching across the country for a particular car (i4 M50) with specific specs at an aggressive price point, which, of course, had been pretty impossible. I reached out to DARCARs BMW of Mt Kisco and was put in touch with Giovanni. I told him the price I wanted to spend and he told me he'd call me back when he found out how close he could get to my price. He called me back 5 minutes later and BEAT my price. There was no back and forth, no frustrating strong arming or sales technique. He found out if he could make it happen and then played no games at all. It was honestly shocking how easy it was and how little convincing had to be done, he made if a true win-win instead of trying to bully me over ever dollar From there, things continued to get easier. I purchased the car from out of state which I thought would be a hassle, but Giovanni worked hard and helped set everything up so that just a couple days later, I showed up at the dealership, signed paperwork, and drove off in my new car! No rug pulling, no unpleasant surprises. Just my dream car ready to go!! I can't thank DARCARS and Giovanni enough for working with me to get me into this car at a price I didn't think possible! Sales - Nicholas Myers was amazing and made the car-buying experience painless and super eficient and stressless. He was patient, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to buy, and kept in touch with me after I bought the car. I would highly recommend him and will definitely buy my next car from him. Contracts - Anthony Carpio-Diaz made the process of completing all contractiual documents and financing super efficient and quick - never experienced anything like this in any other dealership. I will ask for him next visit. Management - Jerome Ballesteros (General Manager) went above and beyond making my buying and negotiating experience. He treated me like his most valuable customer. He was extemely knowledgeable, honest and transparent of the BMW Brand and experience. He also took time from his busy schedule that day to talk to me and listened and answered all my questions. Salesperson (Noah Zaslow) strung out negotiations on a custom build of BMW X5 plug-in hybrid for purchase or lease, provided misleading answers or di Salesperson (Noah Zaslow) strung out negotiations on a custom build of BMW X5 plug-in hybrid for purchase or lease, provided misleading answers or didn't answer questions at all (which seemed calculated to wear me down), demanded that I visit the dealership in person to conduct negotiations when there was no need, and ultimately did not stand by the deal we struck. I ended up going with another BMW dealership instead. I do not recommend BMW Mt. Kisco. More
I recently visited this dealership to inquire about a BMW, M3, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I spent 10 to 15 minutes walking around before anyone offered assistance. The sales associate who finally approached me never properly introduced himself, or even asked for my name, which already felt unprofessional. I asked about the M3, but was told none were available, and that the specifications I wanted weren’t offered. I then turned to my attention to a BMW M2 competition on display with an $82,000 sticker price. When I asked what the best price they could offer was, the manager shouted from across the room that the sticker price was final. This came off as very disrespectful and unprofessional – no introduction, no courtesy, just a dismissive tone. I made a $78,000 offer, but it was brushed off as if I had made a joke. The sales associate, then tried staring me toward a lesser model, as if I couldn’t afford the car. I was clearly interested in throughout the entire interaction, I was never offered a seat, never asked for my information, and never treated as a serious customer. I even asked about leaving a deposit since it was late in the day, but the manager claimed they don’t take the profits. I then clarified that if we agreed on a price, I’d purchase the vehicle outright, instead of moving toward a deal, the manager assumed I was financing and began implying how high the payments would be when I explained I’d be paying in full, he continued pushing cheaper vehicles I hadn’t asked about. Unfortunately, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being judged by my appearance. I had come directly from work, wearing boots and work clothes, and I truly felt profiled the entire time. Meanwhile, I watched others being offered coffee, pulled into offices, and treated as valued customers. This lack of professionalism-especially from management-is unacceptable. I now understand why so many negative reviews exist for this location. If you are a hard-working, blue-collar, customer, expect to be disrespected and overlooked here I would strongly recommend going to another dealership or your business is treated with the respect it deserves.
