He was very professional and had a wonderful sales manner - gave me a lot of information but I never felt pressured. Isaac worked together with Todd, sales manager, to get me exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. I didn't buy my Scion xD at 355 Toyota but I take it there for service/maintenance. I've been there twice now (5K and 10K service) and am most pleased with the 355 Service Center. They great me and the door, they treat me with respect, they are pleasant, cheerful and efficient. They service my vehicle just the way I want it to be done and they always go over all details both before and after the vehicle is service. I always wait for my vehicle (even though they have shuttle service) and I'm never kept waiting longer than necessary. I'm so impressed with the Service Center, I'll probably buy my next car at 355 Toyota. More

Vehicle service can be difficult since the typical person knows so little about it and it can be so expensive. That's why I LOVE dealing with Dave K. Completely honest and trustworthy, I never feel like he knows so little about it and it can be so expensive. That's why I LOVE dealing with Dave K. Completely honest and trustworthy, I never feel like he's trying to 'sell' me anything. He's just trying to get my Camry Hybrid serviced and back on the road as quickly as possible. I have no doubt his attention and preventitive maintainance have saved me hundreds of dollars over the long term and my car is always running great. He's the ONLY reason I service my car at 355. More
I bought my prior new vehicle, Scion, from 355 Toyota and have been VERY pleased with the service received on that vehicle. After purchasing, I discovered Kevin Higgins worked in the Service Dept. (summers have been VERY pleased with the service received on that vehicle. After purchasing, I discovered Kevin Higgins worked in the Service Dept. (summers while in college). Kevin is a friend of my son. He was always available to advise/assist me on service issues for my Scion. When I was finally ready to purchase my 2011 RAV 4 (I'd been considering a RAV4 for at least the last 1 1/2 years!) I contacted Kevin who then put me in touch with Kirk Saraydaroglu. Both Kirk and Kevin were extremely helpful in guiding me thru my purchase. I can't begin to say enough good things about both of these fine 355 Toyota employees. I always recommend 355 Toyota to family and friends. More

After being life long residence of Maryland we recently moved from MD to North Carolina. Because of Kevin and his superior customer service and handling of our vehicles over the last several years we will (as we did this past week)drive the 5.5 hrs to MD to have our vehicles serviced by 355 Toyota and Kevin and his team of service people. When you find a winner you stick with them and 355 Toyota and their service manager, Kevin treat us far better then any other dealership we have gone to over the last forty years. Its very refreshing to find such a young person in a place of leadership that demonstrates the kind of customer service that Kevin does. The dealership has empowered its people and it shows. As soon as I went in at the appointment time all the customer service advisors started looking down or away as if I looked gay. For 5 -7 minutes I stood there with no other customer in sight. They all looked as if they were scared away to work with me, perhaps by security people. Then, I deliberately stood in front of one of them, a person from Africa (not american-born african american) who I thought will have the guts to work with me. He also looked around, saw nobody was helping me, and reluctantly started to help. Coughing all the time as if I was a lecher. After, I came in a 2nd time a week later, they saw me coming and put in a rookie kid, with red lips, to work with me. He didn't know much and he kept looking around and back for help, to service/help my account. I am very disappointed at Toyota that they don't have the guts to service people who look different. I would rate the experience a 6 or 7/10. More
