Their knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure sales approach was refreshing and definately resulted in me purchasing my car at 355 Toyota. Kirk did everything he said he would do. On my initial visit he said he would match another dealer's price and kept his word. It is so nice to work with professional and honest people. I also worked with Steve Tellez in the finance department and Steve was equally friendly and professional. More
My wife and I had been Prius shopping for a while. We'd just about made the decision to purchase a used Prius through craigslist when we found a few solid options at 355 Toyota. PJ and Mo encouraged us to come the night we contacted them, and after one Prius we had an eye on sold, we decided to make the trip after essentially agreeing upon a price and after we were given a range of what our interest rate would be. So, we traveled approximately 2 hours to the dealership. We were met by Mo, checked out the car (it was dark at this point, and we could see it decently well under the lights). We filled out the necessary paperwork, etc. and then were moved through to the financial department. There we found out we would be given a higher interest rate outside the range we were given over the phone (this ended up costing us about $300). "It's only a few dollars a month difference" we were told by James. Yes, but calculated out it's a few hundred. We had traveled quite a ways and it was around midnight so we didn't put up much of a fight. We should have. Anyway, we made it home in the wee hours of the morning with our new (to us) Prius. The next day is when we found the scratches. The Prius had been advertised in "mint condition." It very clearly was not, and because we had checked it out in the dark with poor lighting the night before we were unable to see the variety of scratches on the car. In addition, the car hadn't been properly detailed inside, which was a bit frustrating. I contacted PJ to voice our concerns about the financing, scratches, and detailing. After days of waiting (apparently PJ was sick) and not getting return calls from other members of management (Stephen I believe was one name) I finally heard back from PJ. He apologized and only after some more back and forth with pictures included did he agree to bring the car back to have the scratches removed. Long story short with the scratches, some were taken care of and some weren't. PJ claimed he had the ones worked on that had pictures sent in. These were samples so I could show him the issues and I was pretty surprised they didn't do their best to truly make the car 'mint condition' as it was described. He said he could do nothing about the financing. I then spoke to Jorge Gallart, who basically said the same thing. To sum things up we were generally happy with the price we received. The frustrating part was obviously the financing aspect and if there was any way we could not have received a certain range they SHOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN IT OUT OVER THE PHONE. This was a major reason we made the trip and decided to go with the vehicle. Otherwise, the customer service was below average as emails were slow to be returned as were phone calls. I realize they have better things to do like sell cars to new customers instead of trying to right wrongs, but that was disappointing. In general, the staff was friendly when I did speak to them, so I do have to give them credit for that. They clearly could have done better though, and while we love our Prius and the Toyota product is superb, we will not be heading back to Toyota 355 in the future and will not recommend the dealership to others. More

While I was researching the Toyota RAV4 that I wanted to buy, I was also reading up on how car dealers work on customers. I read about and learned from everyone's warnings about how dealers will play a shel buy, I was also reading up on how car dealers work on customers. I read about and learned from everyone's warnings about how dealers will play a shell game with the price and payments and trade-in etc. so that the buyer has no idea what is going on. I found NONE of that at 355 Toyota. I fully expected the "four square", the monthly payment games, the repeated trips to the sales manager, and the "what will it take to get you to buy today" and I was prepared to walk out if it started. I was watching for any of that and found none. Sayed was completely open and honest about the pricing -- and I KNOW what prices should be after doing a lot of research on the internet. I know what a very low price is for my Toyota RAV4 and what Sayed showed me, without any games or fooling around, was a VERY low price. After double and triple-checking what Sayed was showing me -- and asking him to give me the total out-the-door price -- I actually admitted to him, "That's a really good price." I was stunned. Sayed also told me a lot of things that I didn't know about the RAV4. The finance guy gave me a sales pitch for an extended warranty, which I had no interest in, but he backed off when I made it clear that I wasn't interested. Everything else went BETTER than I expected. This was the first time I've been to 355 Toyota, I have no relationship with anyone at 355 Toyota, but I was extremely surprised at what a good deal I got and that they didn't play any games with me. More
Don't go to this dealer!!! I went to purchase a new Prius over memorial day weekend 2011. Originally they wanted $1000 over MSRP for the car, despite having a couple on the lot. The salesman chased after me saying that he would forgo the surcharge if I would purchase the car that weekend. I agreed to come back the following day to take delivery and we shook hands on the deal. The next morning the salesman calls me to make sure I'm still interested. Saying yes, he told me everything was ready to go. When I got to the dealer an hour later, ready to take delivery, the salesman informs me that they had sold my car the previous day. While I understand that they sold the car for a better price, there is NEVER any excuse for lying. I refuse to do any business with those who don't even have the decency of being honest and neither should anyone else. More

Mike stayed in contact with me until I was ready to make a decision. He really took the time to give me valuable tips while I was searching around and comparing other dealerships for the best deal. Because of this he built my trust and truly worked to give me the best deal. He beat the other dealership I was negotiating with and even saved me and my husbands time by turning our old tags in to the MVA for us. If that's not top notch service, I don't know what is. Firooz, was also very patient and went the extra mile in making sure I understood all my included warranties and features in my new Toyota Highlander.
