They found they exact car we were looking for, down to the exterior/interior color as well as all the options. Not only did they beat the prices of any dealership in the area, they extended an additional discount to get us to the price point we wanted to be at. Instead of being stuck at the dealership for hours waiting to do paperwork, we were able to be on our way home in our new car in about an hour from the time we walked in. If you are looking for a new Toyota or Scion, go see Shah and Parviz. More

Please check your papers before you signing ask question every detail before its too late. Make sure what they saying they giving discount its really a discount not coming from you. specially you have car to trade in make sure they don't play around using your extended warranty money to use as discount on your new car. A note: you can refund the un use extended warranty, gap insurance, life insurance and even the extended maintenance even your in finance because if we trade in they will payoff the any amount you owe that including extra thing you put onto finance so you are entitled to get all refund because they will add every single penny on your new finance. More

He's always incredibly patient in answering my questions and going above and beyond to make sure that I'm not getting more taken out of my pocket than need be. Just recently, I needed to take my car in and when I needed a rental car, he offered to pay for it himself so I wouldn't have to deal with that on top of the maintenance I was going to need to pay for on my car. I didn't end up needing the rental, but it did mean a lot to have someone at 355 I feel like I can count on. He is a fantastic person to work with and actually makes getting my car fixed an enjoyable experience. More

NEVER SEEING ME AGAIN! I came to the facility in November for a synthetic oil change I have 80,000 miles on my Camry, and the oil change is suppose to last me 10,000 miles o I came to the facility in November for a synthetic oil change I have 80,000 miles on my Camry, and the oil change is suppose to last me 10,000 miles or 1 year, whichever comes first. I should've known something was off when I was there for only 30mins and my car was "finished" before everyone else that was before me. I assumed they were all getting other/more work done on their vehicles. I noticed that the sticker they put on the window of my car said that I should come back at 90,000 milage for a servicing. So in April (5 months later/about 4,000 miles driven) i went for servicing, they told me that i actually didn't need to be back until November and that my car was in good shape. They made me wait 2 hrs to give me my car back, and then they changed the sticker on my window to read 95,000. That same week my car started to make rattling noises when i turned corners or accelerated, most importantly my car started to turn off as i decreased speed, as I stopped at stop signs or even red lights! I panicked and went to a mechanic that i knew, and thank goodness i did, because my car refused to turn back on when it was at his shop. I insisted that it couldn't be my oil because i'm not due for one until another 5,000 miles. Nonetheless he ignore the sticker and me and checked it anyway. It was dryer than a desert, one one drop of oil was in my engine. He legit wiped the oil stick on his arm to show that it was not low, but EMPTY!!!! He added oil and my car thankfully turned back on. But the lack of oil for so long had already done its damage. My car was inches away from being ruined because this facility did NOT give me an oil change. What type of imbecilic mistake is that??? Were you working on so many cars at the same time that my car wasn't good enough to be replenished with oil???... So my car was running on....mercy.... for 4,000 miles until it just couldn't handle it anymore because of this facility. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected!... Now I have a mechanics bill that i can't even afford to pay for in repairs!!! Spare yourself the headache and possibility that this could happen to you. Go to a different branch or place entirely to get an oil change. More

I had such a smooth transaction, it was as if I was just shopping at a store, but this time for a luxury car. I came to the dealership not knowing what to expect and left in a luxury SUV that I love. I have already referred Ismael to a friend of mine who recently got married. Him and his wife will be looking for new vehicles very soon. I told them to go straight Ismael and anyone of his wonderful colleagues. Alex in finance is also really great and funny, he made that process easy and pain free. Great work!
