We then sat down with Mr. Brizuela who was very knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and friendly. Because English isn't my parents' native language, it was important to me that they understood everything and were part of the process, so I very much appreciated that Mr. Brizuela was fully bilingual (Spanish-English) and culturally proficient. Once we went over to the financing department, Mr. Marandlouie, was extremely competent and gracious. He explained to us everything in detail and answered all our questions. Darcars was the first stop, and I'm glad it was the last one as I'm very happy with my car and the service we received. Gracias! More

I still feel this way, but my recent experience with AJ made me feel a little better. AJ was courteous and helpful. After I explained that I wanted only certain maintenance done, he agreed and respected my wishes. He did recommend one additional thing which, after he explained, I agreed to do. I feel confident that my car is now I n good shape for winter and will run accordingly. The only thing that bothered me was waiting 2.5 hours while the work was done. Thus, my reason for four stars. Shady Practices and Rip Off I bought a used vehicle and haggled down the price to a fair price. I bought an extended warranty during my purchase which was sold at $3700. Stupidly, it wasn't until afterward I did some research. Apparently an average for extended warranty for Toyota is $1500 with a max price being around $2000 at a reputable dealership. It is a number that is negotiated by the sales/financing dept. I got taken for my money. This dealership uses manipulative practices to get their money. I will never buy from this dealership again. Buyer beware. More
