I still feel this way, but my recent experience with AJ made me feel a little better. AJ was courteous and helpful. After I explained that I wanted only certain maintenance done, he agreed and respected my wishes. He did recommend one additional thing which, after he explained, I agreed to do. I feel confident that my car is now I n good shape for winter and will run accordingly. The only thing that bothered me was waiting 2.5 hours while the work was done. Thus, my reason for four stars. More

Shady Practices and Rip Off I bought a used vehicle and haggled down the price to a fair price. I bought an extended warranty during my purchase which was sold at $3700. I thou I bought a used vehicle and haggled down the price to a fair price. I bought an extended warranty during my purchase which was sold at $3700. I thought this was a fair price. Boy, was I wrong. Stupidly, it wasn't until afterward I did some research. Apparently an average for extended warranty for Toyota is $1500 with a max price being around $2000 at a reputable dealership. It is a number that is negotiated by the sales/financing dept. I got taken for my money. This dealership uses manipulative practices to get their money. I will never buy from this dealership again. Buyer beware. More
