The problem was promptly resolve to my satisfaction (and quite frankly, amazement). I was happy that Mr. Konstandinidis listen to me carefully (I am a woman and going to dealership is always a bit nerve-wracking, at least to me). While I was waiting for Mr. Harris to gather data on my vehicle, Service Director David Konstandinidis, stopped and greeted me warmly. With all the customers he must deal with he recognized me from my earlier visits, called me by name and offered his assistance if needed. I have nothing but five stars "plus" for the caring and friendly way I have been treated by the service folks at 355 Toyota and, in particular, by the outstanding treatment by Mr. Harold Harris. I'm extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service I received since the moment I walked in with my parents (I didn't get the name of the team I'm extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service I received since the moment I walked in with my parents (I didn't get the name of the team member who greeted us, but he did so with a smile). We then sat down with Mr. Brizuela who was very knowledgeable, attentive to our needs, and friendly. Because English isn't my parents' native language, it was important to me that they understood everything and were part of the process, so I very much appreciated that Mr. Brizuela was fully bilingual (Spanish-English) and culturally proficient. Once we went over to the financing department, Mr. Marandlouie, was extremely competent and gracious. He explained to us everything in detail and answered all our questions. Darcars was the first stop, and I'm glad it was the last one as I'm very happy with my car and the service we received. Gracias! More
