A true Blessing! Just Awesome!!!! I was doubtful of getting approved by Toyota 355 due to financial challenges and previous car investments. However, I know that it is a reputable company and have heard nothing but good things about Toyota 355. So, I popped up after not having a vehicle for several months, renting cars and taking public transportation. I was warmly greeted by D A V I D. I prayed that it wouldn't be the same ole car business of a guarantee "we can get you in a car today and BLAH, BLAH, BLAH." David was kind, courteous, polite, and down to earth. He assured me he would do his best to get me approved and a reliable vehicle. Trust me, knowing what I know and how many dealerships I had spoke to before meeting D A V I D, I knew it would be next to mission impossible for him to do. DAVID stayed positive and hopeful. I had to come up with money down, but it was a doable situation and PJ and David worked steadily and hard to accommodate my financial obstacles to get me in a wonderful Hyundai Elantra that is only a few years preowned. They were both patient with me, even when I bugged them and blew their phones up repeatedly with questions and stock numbers of different cars. I am so, so happy and estatic with the buy and results and the encouragement they gave me along the way. This is the Best dealership in the area folks. I even referred my girlfriend and she to bought a car days later. I really can't say enough about the excellent service. My whole experience from beginning to end was great. The whole team is absolutely wonderful, Baldy was great with my paperwork helping close the deal. I plan to be a repeat customer and loyal like they have been to me thus far. I was almost in tears when I got your call saying we got you approved and a vehicle for you. I have five children and three grandchildren under the age of 20 years old and two jobs so I can't imagine living my life happily and being reliable without a car. I was stressed out for months thinking about the thought of wasting money on rentals and not being able to get my children where they needed to be and on time. You guys including PJ worked a miracle. David Mejia is the VERY BEST - Made our Dreams Come True!! When I first arrived at Toyota 355 I was greeted by David who did not come up to me in an abrupt way like many sales representatives at a dealership. David made my fiancé and I feel comfortable and while we looked for a vehicle. His honestly was what truly made him one of a kind, he worked with us with the financing instead of just pushing us to another person. David made sure until the very end, and up until now that we were comfortable and with our new vehicle. Dishonest and deceitful experience On 11/30/17 I booked an appointment with 355 Toyota in Rockville, MD. This was intended to be an appointment for an oil change, tire pressure check an On 11/30/17 I booked an appointment with 355 Toyota in Rockville, MD. This was intended to be an appointment for an oil change, tire pressure check and headlight refurbishment. I had been quoted a price of $150.00 over the phone by the person that handled my August service. When I arrived I was informed that the price for the headlight refurbishment would be $250.00. There was no digital record of Toyota telling me that I needed a refurbishment on the headlights. The representative that was sitting next to the young man that I was talking to said he would pull the hard copy. When he found the hard copy, he said yes, we have it here and it was quoted at $250. When I looked at the hard copy, the price that was originally quoted had been scratched out and replaced by $250.00. I found this whole process dishonest and underhanded. I told them to cancel all of my services that I wanted and left the dealership. I really resent that these people think I am that stupid. I got a call the next morning asking why I did not show up for my appointment. The nerve !!! I have been using this dealership for a few years now and always found the service to be straight forward, convenient and reliable. That is until this past August when 355 Toyota messed up on another matter. What is going on with this formerly wonderful service department ? I am appalled by the dishonesty, lying and poor service and will no longer be using Toyota Service departments or for that matter, I am looking for a new car and will probably buy a Honda because of this. Do not recommend this dealership, horrible experience More
