BUYER BEWARE! If you're buying a car from them online or from another state they won't help you once it's off their lot. We were told by the salesperson (Dave) that there was no damage to the body of the v from another state they won't help you once it's off their lot. We were told by the salesperson (Dave) that there was no damage to the body of the vehicle. He showed us the vehicle via facetime and were pleased with the condition so moved forward with the purchase. We had the car delivered because we live in a different state. The car is an expensive vehicle and we also purchased warranties. Upon the car delivery we immediately spotted a dent in the front bumper while the driver was still here. I believe this happened on their lot since there is an extensive crash detection system on the car. We promptly called Dave and he refused to help. We then called and left a message for the general manager. No one from the dealer has called us or tried to rectify the issue. ONCE IT IS OFF THEIR LOT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!! Overcharged Took my 2015 Ford Expedition in for the A/C blower motor not working. I informed the service desk as to what parts had already been replaced. The issu Took my 2015 Ford Expedition in for the A/C blower motor not working. I informed the service desk as to what parts had already been replaced. The issue was a bad wire harness but the service tech decided to replace another part that had was new and I was charged for this part. Also was charged for 1.5 hours of service that took the technician 30 minutes. Total ripoff. In closing I was charges the following, 1. $119.69 for a part that did not need to be replaced. 2. $217.50 for 1.5 hours of work that only took 30 minutes. 3. $55.76 for the wire harness that was the bad part. 4. $19.65 for miscellaneous charges (No explanation as to what this is). My total came to $424.88 with tax. My recommendation.....Find another Ford service department if you can. More
Made an appointment to check out a car. When we arrived the car had already sold. It happens. Collyn sat down with us and went over what we were looking for and our price range. We were pretty specific wit the car had already sold. It happens. Collyn sat down with us and went over what we were looking for and our price range. We were pretty specific with what we wanted and didn't expect to find anything right away. Collyn searched until he found what he thought was the perfect fit and we were able to drive away with exactly what we wanted within our budget. Collyn was upfront and honest thru the whole process. We were very impressed with his character and integrity. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. More
I bought my Ford Edge from Collyn Claywell. The dude is a tremendous sales person. He was honest and up front about every part of the buying process. He's very friendly, laid back and also a VETERAN. The sales manager Jace helped hook us up with the deal we got. All around, the whole dealership and everyone in it made it an incredible experience. I highly recommend letting them be your dealer. I'll be back, no question. More
Terrible Customer Service After Purchase I made the almost four hour trip to D Patrick Ford the day before Thanksgiving to purchase a used Ford F-150. The salesperson that I worked with, Dave I made the almost four hour trip to D Patrick Ford the day before Thanksgiving to purchase a used Ford F-150. The salesperson that I worked with, Dave Pearce, was quick to respond to my calls beforehand and made the purchase process easy. However, my experience in the week following has been nothing short of terrible. During the inspection it was determined that the truck I was purchasing had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. It was expressed to me that one of those issues, the front brakes, would be addressed by the service department prior to my arrival. While they could not replace it in the time frame provided, the dealership went as far as discounting the purchase price to assist with the repair of the other issue, a faulty driver's side blend door actuator. I was very satisfied upon leaving the dealership in the F-150 and felt that I had been treated well. On 12/2 I took the truck to a local mechanic to assess the driver's side blend door actuator. While there, it was revealed to me that the front brakes were in need of replacement. Imagine the shock I felt when I found out that the repairs I had been promised prior to my arrival were blatantly ignored. Over the past three days I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the salesperson that I worked with, Dave Pearce, as well as the General Manager and Sales Manager. I'm not a person that writes reviews on products or businesses, but the lack of customer service that I've received on this issue is appalling. I'm not an unreasonable person and realize that I purchased a used vehicle that will necessitate repairs - that can be evidenced by the close to $2,000 I am willingly paying to replace the blend door actuator and HVAC unit case assembly. However, it's unacceptable to lead a customer to believe that an issue on a vehicle is being addressed and then fail to do so. Most of all, I'm shocked by the apparent lack of interest in addressing the issue now that they have title to my trade-in and the check I wrote to cover the truck I purchased. I can see what the priorities of this dealership are, and I have no intentions on recommending them to anyone I know going forward. I should add that on my way home from the dealership a tire pressure sensor warning came on. I pulled over thinking that maybe something had punctured the tire, but unfortunately that was not the case. It appears that the dealership knowingly reset the tire pressure sensor indicators with the understanding that whomever bought it would have to replace them soon after purchase. Just another example of the poor customer service I've received to this point. More
Liars and cheats If they tell you anything... get it in writing. Bought a new f150 and was promised parts because I was sold an incomplete truck with a part that didn't work and then a week later found out they weren't ordered and when I asked again the price went up. After paperwork was signed it took them 2 hours to get my truck ready and it wasnt even cleaned, dirtier than when I had test driven said truck a couple hours before. This wasn't a big deal to me at the time because I mean it's a truck I'm gonna use it as a truck and get it dirty, but still buying brand new it should be clean when you pick it up. Also don't expect a call back from the sales dept. unless they need something from you. Purchase was made and after that can't get any answers for even small questions, appts. set up to install parts I'd purchased, etc. I tried to be reasonable and got lied to multiple times. Just waiting on the last of what I've already paid for to be installed and then I won't spend another dime here. A week later they have contacted me after I left a bad review to try and buy me out to get a better review. Even offered to detail my truck, full tank of gas, AND cut me a check for a certain amount if I left a better review. So you probably can't even trust the integrity of any good reviews for this place. More
Deceptive Pricing Twice now within the last couple of weeks I have called to purchase a New Ford Vehicle that was advertised on-line with a specific price. For the seco Twice now within the last couple of weeks I have called to purchase a New Ford Vehicle that was advertised on-line with a specific price. For the second time I was told the price was over $10,000 higher than listed. After the first time I accepted this at their word that it was an "error". I am not buying it this time. We are contacting an attorney, the Attorney General, and the BBB. Years ago if this was in "print" in a newspaper this activity would be called Bait and Switch. BEWARE!!! Is this the tip of the iceberg for deceptive business practices at this dealership? More
