I ordered a Bronco two years ago through a local dealership and had just about given up that I was going to get it. A friend suggested that I call Cheryl Seidner and she had possession of one in tw dealership and had just about given up that I was going to get it. A friend suggested that I call Cheryl Seidner and she had possession of one in two hours. She thought outside the box and presented an option a little different than what I had on order at the dealership. The one through D&M is a little different configuration than the one I ordered, but Cheryl talked me through the pros and cons of the different features that I thought I needed on the car, and the possibility of it taking even longer to get exactly what I wanted, or possibly never getting it. One of the major things that I was waiting for was home link. We were told that you could not get it after market. Cheryl was able to get Homelink installed aftermarket! The timing, we were very fatigued dealing with the dealership, Cheryl’s ability to address my roadblocks and concerns with the different configuration and the ease of the transaction made sense to me to jump on the one that she found. I am so happy that I did it. I really love the car. I am super thankful to Cheryl for making us such an easy transaction and for finally getting us into this super fun car! More
