I personally spent 10 years working in the automotive industry within a dealership. I know how a car deal and the numbers, (lease or purchase) work. Martin and D&M take all the fluff and xx out of the car buying process. They are upfront with costs ( they actually tell you what they pay for the car...wow), calculate lease end values that are real and will not place you the consumer in a bad position when it comes time to change your vehicle, no back and forth, sitting in a dealership for hours, Martin found the vehicle I wanted and even went to far as to help me choose the best vehicle with respect to all the options I was looking for and the vehicle that would retain the best value, not to mention the 2 years of maintenance (even oil changes) that was included. The customer service you find with D&M is something you will not find at the traditional dealership. Their no pressure way of assisting is the way all car buying/leasing should be... What a great business model. Like really ask yourself when is the last time you bought a car and ended up sitting in a dealership for hours waiting for your salesperson, who is off dealing with the next sale to deliver your new car to you...... Well at D&M delivering your car to you is not an after thought... they drive it to your house, sit at your kitchen table, sign the paperwork, familiarize you with the vehicle and leave you with a smile and a feeling like you have not been dragged through a fence backwards......
