I love my truck! I had been researching the Chevy Avalanche for almost two years when I decided that I was ready to actually buy one. I heard D&M Leasing's ad on a local radio station on my way to work one morning about how I could actually buy a previously leased vehicle, called that day and spoke to Jeff Cole. He literally interviewed me about what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, how much I wanted me monthly payment to be and took notes on all my "wants". It only took two trucks to find exactly what I was looking for -- and then some. Since everything was done by emails, it was a great process, to say the least. Everything went smoothly, I got approval almost immediately, and Jeff actually met me on my way out of town to New Orleans on vacation so I could sign the papers. When I returned from vacation, I dropped by the Galleria office and picked up my truck. It was that simple! I will probably hesitate buying a car from a dealership again because he made it so simple and easy to find what I had been searching for. And like I said: "I love my truck!" More
