Professional and refreshing I contacted D & M Leasing via internet a couple of days before Christmas. I Received a follow up immediately informing me a Representative would be co I contacted D & M Leasing via internet a couple of days before Christmas. I Received a follow up immediately informing me a Representative would be contacting me. A couple of hours later Ted Ven contacted me. I informed Ted what I was looking for and he asked a few questions. Wasn't long he sent me a picture and details of a vehicle that met my criteria. I gave Ted the go ahead and he facilitated the necessary protocol to get the deal done. He came to me and met me to close on the deal. Then when my vehicle arrived in town he delivered it to me personally on Christmas Eve at 6:30 pm! Who does that?? I heard about D & M Leasing on KTRH Radio. They are everything that they claim to be. Ted was so professional. Ted's communication and follow up was excellent. I must say that this experience was so refreshing. From the moment we made contact early in the morning on December 21st I knew I was in good hands. My first lease, after owning both of my cars outright for the last 9 years without a car payment, Brock was patient and educated me on the process. He was detailed in understanding exactly what it was I was looking for and what our needs were for a new vehicle. He took the time to understand my personality, my insecurities and my objectives. Within 24 hours Brock had suggested 3 different options to meet every one of our criteria. While working through the details on one vehicle, I took a look at DMAutoleasing.com to see additional photos of the car in question, I came upon another vehicle in Dallas that was an even better fit. In bringing this to Brock's attention, he had seen the exact same car and was already in conversation with the folks in Dallas about transferring the vehicle. By the 23rd we had agreed to the deal and all of the details that would fit within my budget. Brock walked me through the financing process, got all of the documents in order and delivered the vehicle to my home in the Woodlands on the morning of December 24th (72 hours after our first contact). The 2013 Suburban LTZ is in impeccable condition, low mileage, beautiful inside and out, with every feature I had asked for. This time we decided to try D&M. We spoke with Jeff Cole and he not only found what we were looking for, but he got an incredible deal. It was the easiest car deal I've ever been involved. We never stepped foot in a dealership. Jeff met is at my wife's office and the meeting took about 20 mins. The truck was delivered the next day. My wife is so excited, I couldn't be happier!!
