Best buying experience! Short version: I hope Troy doesn't get promoted as I never want to lease a car from anyone else but him. He's quick, to the point, listens to what the customer wants, provides great suggestions, creative, works his tail off on behalf of the customer (especially in working with the dealers and banks), does what he says he is going to do at that time he says he will deliver by...and, most importantly...honest and fair. If you want your hand held in leasing a car...he's your guy! If you want to go quick and get things done now...he's your guy! You cannot go wrong with Troy on your side! ...long version... I visited quite a few dealerships throughout Houston looking for the right lease on '15/'16 SUV. I'm the type of guy that if you treat me right, are honest, get to the point, and provide a good price with the right car I'll sign everything right then and there. I don't even need to drive the car. Easy right?. Problem was that the sales people at the dealerships provided the most frustrating experience one could imagine. They were slow, didn't follow up, and tried to get me into something that I didn't want for more than I wanted to pay. Awful! I had enough and searched for a more simple, fast, and easy way to get the right car. Enter Troy Killian and D&M. I called Troy up on a Saturday. He listened to what I was looking for and the price I was looking to get it at. He made a great suggestion in looking at the Jeep Grand Cherokee. A few hours later, he followed up and provided a few options for me to look at and review over the weekend. On Monday, I was swamped. Tuesday came...I called Troy to discuss further. He broke down every option (car and leasing) so that I could better understand what leasing actually involved. Within 10 minutes of that call, he set me up with a meeting with a non-sales person at the Dealership who walked me through each type of car in depth. Then, I spoke with Troy and mentioned what I wanted, however, I needed some help on the price. Troy made a few phone calls to banks...in an hour everything fit perfectly: price, exterior, interior, options...you name it. Wednesday morning comes...go to D&M...15 minutes of me signing docs...and, I'm sitting in a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Painless, easy, customer goal driven process! Can't thank Troy enough! More
