Best Car Buying Experience I had a great experience at D&M. My wife and I recently purchased a car from a dealership. We had a pre-approved loan from our bank and figured that I had a great experience at D&M. My wife and I recently purchased a car from a dealership. We had a pre-approved loan from our bank and figured that it would be a very short process picking out a vehicle and getting out of there. We found a vehicle that we liked but it had way too many miles on it. The dealership stated they had another vehicle in Spring that was newer with fewer miles (I forgot to mention the dealership was in Pasadena and it was 5pm on a Tuesday. Long story, short: we ended up spending 6-7 hours at that dealership even with the pre-approved loan. When I came to D&M I had never leased a vehicle before. Jeff walked me through the entire process, picked out a vehicle for me (based on what I wanted) and delivered it to my door all without me ever having to set foot inside a dealership. He is even going out of his way to help my wife determine when and if leasing a vehicle would be a good fit for her even if it is several years down the road. I could not be more satisfied with the level of customer service received while working with Jeff and D&M. More

Excellent As a first time leaser I had concerns, but Miranda and her colleagues were great throughout. 8 days from first contact to car delivered. Got the model and colour I wanted and had the seats upgraded to leather. Certainly good customer service. They came to me to sign docs.. No complaints, got the car I wanted without a single visit to a dealership. They even had a car brought to me to test drive before making a final decision, cannot really beat that... Thank you More
