Mind blowing! After totaling my van in February, we thought it would be months before we eould be able to get into another vehicle. Not very hopeful, I called on a Friday morning. On SATURDAY, the NEXT DAY, I was driving our brand new van! Our previous vehicle, though I liked it, I felt pressured into it at the time we got it. It wasn't exactly what we wanted but gelt it was what we had to take at the time... Our credit wasn't perfect. With George and D&M, not only did I get the exact vehicle )with high safety ratings, color and attributes) I wanted but they went above and beyond our expectations, 110%!! I never even had to leave home - THEY CAME TO US; delivered our vehicle to our front door and made the whole process so smooth... Our minds were blown, for sure! They are a blessing and God send. His service definitely went above and beyond with helping me with my many questions, and returning my old vehicle/delivering my new vehicle at odd hours/locations. Patricia Thibodeau was helpful in assisting with my diminished value claim and being the middle man for the insurance company (for my non-fault accident). He had 3 cars brought to the office to test drive and waited until 7 pm for us to get there from Spring and stayed the entire time with us. I never felt pressured and was confident he was looking out for our best interests which is super important if you are wanting repeat business and referrals.
