Amazing Experience! Hands down this has been the easiest, quickest, and painless car leasing experience I have had. Picky customer satisfied Let me start off by saying that I'm difficult to deal with. I'm very particular and not easily satisfied; dare I say, I'm kind of a snob when it come Let me start off by saying that I'm difficult to deal with. I'm very particular and not easily satisfied; dare I say, I'm kind of a snob when it comes to cars. I buy them frequently, trade them frequently, and have a certain level of expectation for quality service that is not easily met. Having never used D&M Leasing before and after some internet searches I thought I would give them a shot on improving a deal that I had already secured on a couple of cars. What did I have to lose was my thought? Well, in comes Chris Stewart to see if he could work his magic to secure me a lease deal that would be to my liking. Chris had his fair share of challenges. After the myriad of trade-ins in the past few years I had accumulated a large sum of negative equity on my trade-in, plus I am picky and my requirements were specific. Undeterred, Chris took on the challenge, listened to the kind of car I wanted, the budget I wanted to stay within and went to work. Unfortunately one of the options that I had chosen sold before we could go after it, but he quickly moved on a second option I had liked and even got a slightly better deal than I was able to negotiate. While I had hoped for more money on my trade-in to help absorb some of the negative equity he offered the same amount as all the other dealers I had spoken to so either it's a conspiracy, or it was a fair offer. The most beautiful part of this whole interaction was that I never had to leave my home. When I'm not traveling, I work out of a home office so being able to conduct business at home is ideal. We did the credit app over the phone and he came to me to close and sign all the paperwork. I never knew it could be like this. Nothing like being stress free and at ease when you're sitting in your own home. The car I purchased did have to be transferred in from another city so I did have to wait a day but not a big deal. From beginning to end the whole process took less than a week and this includes discussing trade in, finding my car, negotiating deal, structuring my deal, answering my numerous questions, fulfilling all the paperwork and then delivering the car (again, delivering it to my house). Chris also went beyond what I expected with explaining how the business relationship doesn't end after the sale. He explained partnerships that D&M has with auto vendors that I can take advantage of as a customer as well as other added bonuses he offered to make sure I was happy. Further, he indicated that he would contact me on a quarterly basis to make sure I was happy with my purchase and make me aware of any special incentives going on that would fit my affinity to trading in cars and buying new ones. He made the whole process so easy that I'm kicking myself for all the BS I put myself through in the past when I went back and forth with dealerships. While I'm only a day into my new car looking back on the past week really makes me appreciate Chris Stewart and D&M. I'm a busy guy and my time is valuable. Chris and D&M knows this and work within my schedule and never gave me the run around. They worked hard to get the deal done quickly and to my liking; they really demonstrated their desire to EARN my business, a difficult proposition these days. Further, they offered incentives to make me want to keep doing business with them and honestly, after the time savings and convenience, I see no reason I need to go to a dealership except for scheduled maintenance.
