Ashley was the best! I needed to refinance my car. I didn't think I qualified for a new one since my credit wasn't the best. Once I gave Ashley all my info it was determin I needed to refinance my car. I didn't think I qualified for a new one since my credit wasn't the best. Once I gave Ashley all my info it was determined that not only could she get me into a new vehicle, being 'upside down' on my car didnt hurt me. I told her what I was looking for and I was INSISTENT that it be YELLOW, it's my color. She called me back within a few hours, she had found it!!! It was one of the last 5 yellow Jeep Renegade's for sale in Texas. The best part was, I thought I was going to pick it up Saturday morning, but Ashley and my fiance hatched a better plan. We went out for a 'date night' and they arranged for Ashley to deliver my Jeep where we were and pick up my old car then as well. I was so surprised I almost cried. Ashley went above and beyond what most consider normal customer service! I couldn't believe she actually delivered my new Jeep, and not even to my house...what kind of salesperson does that?....the absolute best one, that's who!!! We have recommended Ashley to numerous friends, family and co-workers and will keep recommending her. Why wouldn't we when she has been such a blessing to us and others with her attention to detail and desire to give the customer what they want and more. They reassured me and Kyle immediately began looking for another vehicle, offered to place me in a rental, bought new tires and a battery for the replacement vehicle, and made sure that I was safe on the road, to return to my job. I can't think of any other excellent customer experience to compare, than I have received with Kyle through D&M Leasing program. The vehicles are "eye catchers."
