I had a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with 76049 miles and did not look forward to future car expenses - air conditioning problems, starter problems, required maintenance, etc. The radio commercial stressed how easy the process was, one could pick even the color of the floor mats, home or office delivery, and cost saving. Throughout the whole process, Matt was courteous, professional, and paid attention to detail. He listened to my wife's concerns about what she wanted in a rental and to my concerns. My wife was persistent about exterior and interior color and, through conference calls and picture text messages and emails, Matt was able to please us both. We talked about trading in our vehicle, the cost involved, our new lease, etc. In the end Matt delivered a perfect car for us in less than a week; we have a four year lease at 15,000 miles a year. I was afraid of a 12,000 mile lease in a place as large as Texas. My wife and I are very pleased with our new car. More

Extremely happy customer! My husband and I are first time lessee's. We were extremely skeptical about the entire process because of the many horror stories that we've heard ov My husband and I are first time lessee's. We were extremely skeptical about the entire process because of the many horror stories that we've heard over the years. Around the time that we were ready to start the search for a new vehicle, I saw an advertisement on Facebook and just took a chance at calling them. The guy that enthusiastically answered the phone is named Brad Torsch. He began asking me questions and as I answered I'm certain he could hear the skepticism in my tone, but he never wavered in his willingness to help me. A long story made short...On a Monday morning, I gave Brad exact details of the vehicle I wanted (color, interior color, year, make, model, etc.) and the exact price range that I was willing to pay. By the following Wednesday, I received an email from Brad with a picture of the exact vehicle...in the price range that I wanted! I was shocked!!!!! With a few more details over the phone...I picked up my brand new vehicle that same day when I got off from work. Brad offered to bring the vehicle to my job...but I had to go pick up my husband so that we could witness this whole deal together! Honestly, it almost felt like it was too good to be true. We didn't even have to leave the comfort of our home/office to shop for the vehicle and there was absolutely no haggle because Brad got it right the first time!!! Needless to say, we were so impressed with Brad and D&M Leasing that we've referred 3 customers to Brad within the past 6 months and they're all happy customers also. We plan to tell everyone we know that is in the market for a vehicle (lease or purchase) you will not be disappointed with Brad or D&M Leasing. More

My car got flooded last month, and I've been putting off and dreading car shopping for the usual reasons: the hassle. Time wasted dealing with salespeople, then the ridiculous "I'll check with my manager", then even after you strike a deal you spend hours in finance with even salesmanship. Face it: buying a car sucks! There IS a better way, thankfully. I'd never leased a car before, but I kept hearing Rich Lord on 610 talk about it, and thought I'd at least see what kind of deal I could get. I'm glad I did. I filled out the Internet "request a quote" form, and literally I had a call from Ashley Hennessee within 10 minutes. I actually had to call her back later, because I was in a meeting and didn't expect to hear back so soon. We discussed what I wanted, the details, etc., for a few minutes. Then I went to lunch. Before I got back from work, she called me back with an offer. I first spoke to her at 10:30 AM. I drove away in my brand new Audi Q3 at 4:30 PM. Same day. Not only that, but she got me $1000 bucks back on my old warranty, and put the insurance and bank in gear. A great experience! More
