She asked me about my dream vehicle and what I could afford. I never thought I could have and afford my dream vehicle but within a couple of hours she was sending me pictures of different vehicles that met my criteria. She even came to my house after I got home from work for me to sign the necessary paperwork. After I had decided I wanted the vehicle which was from Dallas (they had it hot shotted to Houston over night) I test drove it around the neighborhood and fell in love. She was very patient, was not in the least bit of a hurry and even took the time to show me all the bells and whistles. And when I told her I would take it, she even returned my rental for me. I will never walk into a dealership again. She took the stress work out of buying a vehicle and arranging the loan with an excellent interest rate. Never had an easier experience I have always bought a car through a "traditional dealer experience", you know, choosing which Saturday of my life I was willing to sacrifice to the c I have always bought a car through a "traditional dealer experience", you know, choosing which Saturday of my life I was willing to sacrifice to the car buying Gods and spending sun up to sun down there waiting on the finance department. I have hated the car buying process so much that it was what kept me driving my last car. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident that totaled my vehicle, so car buying became an immediate need. I had my accident on a Thursday, and was pretty banged up. I could look at cars on the internet, but that was it. It seemed every time I found something I was remotely interested in, it sold before I could get to the dealer to look at it. By the Wednesday following my accident, my insurance was already insisting I was out of my rental by the following Monday. I had no idea what I was going to do, but a friend had recommended that I call Ashley Hennessy and assured me that she could help. I had no idea how this would work, but I didn't have time to go dealer to dealer looking at cars, so I was willing to try anything. Ashley gave me a questionnaire on Tuesday about the car I wanted to drive - and it was super thorough. New or used, colors, purchase or lease, you name it - she asked it. She was as patient as anyone could ask for regarding my questions about the process - I don't know very many people who have bought cars this way, I had questions! She sent me photos of vehicles that met my criteria that I may be interested in, and by Wednesday I had decided on a vehicle and that was that! They personalized delivery for me (which I was super grateful for since I was still hurting from my accident) and had the paperwork ready 100% to go over with me and ready for my signature and I was DONE. In all my life I would never think that buying a car could be a painless experience - and I'll tell you what this was PAINLESS! I am still shocked that I could total a vehicle, and have purchased a new one without hardly any effort of my own in less than one week. Sure we didn't get the popcorn and hotdogs like you do at Big Auto Megaplex but we got to miss out on the constant visits to the manager cutting us a deal nobody gets and getting approvals from the Wizard Oz to by the car at their great deal. We simply gave Trey what we wanted in two cars and he over delivered at a great price. I won't put my family in another car the old way ever again...D & M and Trey, All the Way! More
