Horrible experience I had an absolutely awful experience with D&M. If you have no interest in cost or if they will take your leased car back - use this company. They c I had an absolutely awful experience with D&M. If you have no interest in cost or if they will take your leased car back - use this company. They could not touch the price of my new car with the dealer. They said that the dealer was changing their residuals - inferring the dealers were unethical to keep me as a customer. I ended up paying more money for my lease and they did everything to keep me from getting a different car with the dealership. I see now that they are 100percent paid through commission I ended up paying an additional 2,000 when I returned my car as d&m said I would have to pay that. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before going with d&m More
