Excellent Experience with Lee Bowles in Houston I was suddenly faced with having to get into a new vehicle as my 14 year old car was on its last leg. I was referred to D&M by my brother who lived in I was suddenly faced with having to get into a new vehicle as my 14 year old car was on its last leg. I was referred to D&M by my brother who lived in Dallas. I left a message on the website and was immediately contacted by Lee Bowles out of Houston. I live in Beaumont and he took absolutely amazing care of my needs. He listened to all the requirements I had, including price and found the perfect car for me in 24 hours time. He then drove all the way to my home to sign paperwork. Two days later, on a Saturday, Mr Bowles drove my new car to my home. I have nothing, but amazing things to say about my entire experience! My head is still spinning!! This was my first experience with D&M. Actually my first non-traditional "go to a dealership" experience period. Darrel called me within a few minutes of my online inquiry. Less than 20 hours later I had my new vehicle in my driveway, delivered by Darrel himself! At the beginning I was extremely nervous about the process and how quickly it was moving. I was actually just inquiring out of curiosity because I was so sick of the vehicle and deal that we were currently in from Carmax. Bottom line, I had my guard up, not wanting to get the shaft again. Darrel had crunched the ballpark numbers for me which sounded good, and I still had low expectations. He called me the next day saying he would be delivering my vehicle by 3:30pm. This made me even more nervous; I hadn't even seen the vehicle yet! When Darrel pulled up in my driveway, my jaw dropped. Not only did he find a car that was very close to what I wanted, but he hit the ball so far out of the park it still hasn't landed! DARREL JUST CRUSHED IT!! I didn't need to talk any more, just show me where to sign! My wife and I instantly fell in love with our new car. It's absolutely perfect, and at the same time Darrel was able to get it to us at a great price while getting rid of our negative equity on our old vehicle. I've got a feeling I'll be seeing Darrel on my next purchase. More
