Wonderful Experience! As someone with limited mobility, the thought of going to a dealership, walking around and standing for long periods of time was not at all appealing. As someone with limited mobility, the thought of going to a dealership, walking around and standing for long periods of time was not at all appealing. I'd heard about D&M Leasing on the radio and decided to call. Ashley Hennessey took the reins and never stopped until I had the car I wanted. In less than 2 days my new Nissan Rogue was in my garage, papers signed and new friend made! She made sure I got the best deal possible and kept the lines of communication open. The whole process was THE BEST CAR BUYING/LEASING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!! Side note - Just as Ashley was pulling up in my driveway, the battery in one of my smoke detectors needing replacing. I managed to get it off and replace the battery but couldn't get it back up on the wall. Ashley volunteered and placed it back up on the wall for me. Tell me, where in world are you going to get service like that at a dealership! I can't thank Ashley enough for her honesty, transparency and going above and beyond delivering superior customer service. You've got a customer for life. More

Started with my phone call late one Friday afternoon with an initial inquiry, and I'm glad it was Troy who answered Working with Troy was a pleasure. Started with my phone call late one Friday afternoon with an initial inquiry, and I'm glad it was Troy who answered. He took time to find out about the cars we were interested in, why we were interested in those particular cars, what our driving habits are, etc. Since visiting dealerships during the day was not an option for us, he arranged for each of the three cars we were interested in to be delivered to his office on a Saturday, so we could test drive all three in one sitting. After the drives, we talked about what we liked best about each car and he helped us narrow our choice to our final decision, and he gave us a fair price for our trade-in. He stayed well past the time the office was to close--we were the last out by 30 to 45 minutes--but we never felt hurried or pressured. Two days later, he drove the car to our home after work, completed the paperwork, and left in our trade-in. In every phone call, and in both in-person meetings, he was the consummate professional. He's courteous, personable, easy to talk with, is never pushy, and he knows his stuff. I've been is sales, myself, for over thirty years. Early on, I learned the difference between "selling" and "helping to buy". I want to thank Troy for "helping us buy". Definitely recommend and look forward to working with him, again.
