Great Experience First time leasing I had heard of D&M on the radio station and decided to try leasing for the first time. I googled leasing and got a basic understanding of how it works I had heard of D&M on the radio station and decided to try leasing for the first time. I googled leasing and got a basic understanding of how it works so I contacted D&M and Mark Nite helped answer other Questions about how a lease and D&M works with new customers and he found the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. Mark delivered my car faster and easier than I expected the whole process to be and I am very pleased with my contract and my car. Mark has stayed in touch to make sure I am happy it was a great experience vs dealing with a dealership and salesperson. There was only 1 credit inquiry into my credit report whereas the last time I bought a vehicle the salesman made multiple inquiries which irritated me but not at D&M I was very pleased about that. More

Simple, easy, and straight forward to find my vehicle. I pretty much just stumbled upon D&M Leasing while I was looking for a new vehicle. Found this online late one night and just sent a message that I wa I pretty much just stumbled upon D&M Leasing while I was looking for a new vehicle. Found this online late one night and just sent a message that I was interested in finding a vehicle. Luckily, I got a call the very next morning from Casey Ostigin. He was extremely helpful, explained everything in details I could understand, and searched high and low for the perfect vehicle for me and my family. We told him of some features we wanted and he found a few different vehicles for us to try out. We test drove what we wanted, decided what we liked, and then came the time to crunch numbers. There weren't any "sales games" and everything was straight forward. Any questions I had, Casey answered. The whole process was so simple, we could pretty much make the deal over the phone if we didn't have to sign papers. We decided exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it, and he found it. Casey drove it to my house, we finished signing, and I am now in my new vehicle. Thanks for all the help with our first time leasing. We will definitely be seeing Casey Ostigin for our next vehicle. The BEST! So my husband has been hearing of D&M for a while on the radio, and decided to try it out. We were sceptical, but in the end so glad we went with them So my husband has been hearing of D&M for a while on the radio, and decided to try it out. We were sceptical, but in the end so glad we went with them. Lee B. was the best!!! While we had talked about getting one car, Lee told us that payments we wanted would be better in another car. This was on a Thursday evening, I looked into the other suggestions, and at first couldn't find anything... Then. I. Found. THE. Car... We sent him 2 different pictures. One was a white Durango, the other a black Durango... He called Kirk and asked which color I wanted the most. Kirk told him, NOT even an hour later Lee had secured the car I wanted. It had all the bells and whistles! The next day we go to meet him, and it was awesome! We didn't have to wait in car dealership and hassle back and forth with numbers. We weren't shoved in one desk, then led to another... We went to one office, all the paperwork was put together, and Lee patiently answered all our questions. (It was actually quitting time for him). He then took us downstairs where my car was waiting. For about another hour he showed us how everything worked! The next day, he took the time to call and check on us and made sure we were happy! I haven't stopped telling my friends and family about our experience. I seriously doubt we will ever walk into another dealership, and as long as Lee is working there, he's made customers for life!
