He is practically a member of the family now. This time around my current car was on its last leg and it was not in our best interest to pay to have it repaired. I called Jeff worried that not only was I upside down in my current vehicle but that I would not be able to find something new within my budget. I'm not sure hindsight why I was worried. I should have knew Jeff would work his magic like he had so many times in the past. Sure enough Jeff came through and not only met my (already high) expectations but surpassed them. Jeff was able to find me a brand new 2019 SUV with all the features I was looking for and could afford. He really has his client's best interest at heart. Jeff makes the whole process easier than easy. He found the perfect vehicle, securing financing and arranging transport to deliver my car to me. Talk about customer service! I had heard and read good things about D&M but firsthand, I can say it's all true and they are accredited with BBB which means I can trust them. They really helped us avoid some killer mileage overage that was projected at the end of our current lease. I don't know what magic wand these guys have but they worked it for us. We communicated by telephone/text and email and once we worked out the kinks he delivered the vehicle to my house. More
