As my current car lease was scheduled to expire last March, I was determined NOT to ever lease another vehicle regardless of who the dealer was. I wasn't sure if I was getting the best deal or not at the time but I didn't care because of how simple the process was & how friendly and personable Frank was with me and my family which is important to me. Since then I've come to find out that the deal I got on this Jeep was better than what my other Jeep friends got from other dealerships. (3 friends, 3 different dealers.) So I'm even happier now with my overall experience now than I was at the time of perchase. Now that those 3 Jeep guys are friends with me and have Frank's card they won't be wasting their time or money anymore when it comes to vehicles.
