Made the deal very easy to do. Felt like I was getting railroaded into the deal, but at the end of the day, Doug did everthing he said he was going to do. What a great experience! Tray returned my call right away, and stayed late to talk w/me. He listened to what we wanted, gave us sound advice, and found us (and delivered to our doorstep!) our new vehicl away, and stayed late to talk w/me. Again, last night at dinner, my husband and I marveled over how awesome this experience was (Tray bringing the van to our driveway, coming inside to sign some paperwork and being done with it all in 15 min. Picture this...our 4 "spirited" children running wildly through the dealership, as we sat there over 2 hours, banging on glass coffee table and climbing over chairs!!! I was blown away by the ease, comfort, and sense of family I experienced with D&M…heck, I was so impressed I bought a car for me in addition to leasing an SUV for my wife and I was even looking for a car! I found extreme patience and expert consultation based on my needs. I was never forced to make any decision I didn’t feel comfortable with and believe me, I had lots of questions and was very skeptical in the beginning. However, these guys were very knowledgeable and when one was not available another would seamlessly address my needs as if I was their own customer.
