Made the deal very easy to do. Felt like I was getting railroaded into the deal, but at the end of the day, Doug did everthing he said he was going to do. What a great experience! Tray returned my call right away, and stayed late to talk w/me. He listened to what we wanted, gave us sound advice, and found us (and delivered to our doorstep!) our new vehicl away, and stayed late to talk w/me. Again, last night at dinner, my husband and I marveled over how awesome this experience was (Tray bringing the van to our driveway, coming inside to sign some paperwork and being done with it all in 15 min. Last time we leased a vehicle, we did it through Honda. Picture this...our 4 "spirited" children running wildly through the dealership, as we sat there over 2 hours, banging on glass coffee table and climbing over chairs!!! Yes, we discipline them, but kids can only sit still for so long!) More
