D&M has been around for over 30 years and we do over 600 transactions a month. Sixty to seventy percent of our business every month is from repeat and referred customers just like you. It is very important to me that we maintain a great reputation for customer service. Davidmkat, First, let me start by thanking you for your business. The fact that you trusted D&M with your original purchase and then returned for your daughter's car means a lot to us. Most of our business is repeat and referral. The fact that you didn't get what you needed to facilitate your second purchase is disappointing and I apologize for that. We are currently upgrading all of our used lease return/trade procedures and adding technology that will help our agents respond better.
