I have purchased multiple vehicles from James Lopez in the past. This was my first time to ever purchase a car completely on my own. Having to navigate the buying/leasing process was daunting. By chance, I was having that conversation with a very dear friend and she imme on my own. Having to navigate the buying/leasing process was daunting. By chance, I was having that conversation with a very dear friend and she immediately recommended I contact Mike. If nothing else, he could advise me on what to expect. Of course, after talking with him at length, explaining the unique situation for which this purchase was necessary, I didn’t want to work with anyone else. Mike’s years of experience and understanding of what I needed made the process easy and quick. He found a couple of choices and in less than a week, a car was delivered. I felt he had my best interest at heart and I never felt like I was being “sold”. Just that I was being advised by a trusted friend to make the most sensible choice.
