In the past three months I have leased two cars through D&M Leasing. I worked with Kristin Edgerton on both leases and she is fantastic. Just that experience would have won our loyalty as customers. Recently, though, my family experienced a personal crisis that could have impacted our ability to continue the lease on the car. Joe did not hesitate to step up and offer some real solutions to our issue. In the end, we agreed with his suggestions and our situation is much improved. Though his knowledge and abilities are obviously very important and have impacted us, the most important thing about Joe is his genuine concern about and care for those he helps. D&M Leasing really rolls out the red carpet. In February, we purchased our first car from Michael Lance and D&M. We asked him to touch base with us when our lease in November expired on our other February, we purchased our first car from Michael Lance and D&M. Michael called us a week ago letting us know that there were a lot of good vehicles coming in due to end of season sales. After discussing what we were looking for, he located the exact car within a few days and offered to deliver it to us 3 hours away. I was concerned about my credit preventing me from getting a new car. Frank was able to get me a great interest rate as well as getting approved for the loan.
