My wife and I leased two cars and sent several friends to Autoflex prior to meeting Mark at D&M. Things changed in my daily commute and I desperately needed to get out of my lease much sooner than the term I Autoflex prior to meeting Mark at D&M. Autoflex spent less than a day to determine that there was no way that I could get into something else with better gas mileage and maintain my payment. I was just way too upside down. Out of curiosity I contacted Mark at D&M, and I'm very thankful that I did! Mark worked his tail off for me and communicated everything that he was doing in order to meet my needs. He didn't just find me one solution, but instead was able to give me options on different models. As a result, I was able to get out of my gas guzzling SUV and into a loaded 2012 Honda Accord, and my payments did not go up. I was not an "ideal" customer due to my trade-in situation. That never deterred Mark from helping me. I felt like he took it personal and wanted me in a better situation as much as I did! My wife and I will ALWAYS have Mark handle our leases in the future.
