I did not believe Mark and went through the process waiting to find that catch. The whole process was way too easy. Mark found me the car I wanted. All I did was spend a few moments on the phone telling him what I wanted-no catch. I told him my rock bototm price and he gave me what I asked-no catch. I didn't spend all day at a dealership, that part was priceless! I had a hard time believing I could do all this from the convenience of my living room, but that is exactly what I did. Mark was very thorough and was very patient as he walked me through every step of the way. Mark was fast in getting my car and the deal done. All I had to do was 5 minutes of signing paperwork-no catch. I signed the papers and was on my way home with my new car. I drove home scratching my head wondering where the "catch" was.
