Best car buying/ leasing experience ever! I called on D & M because I have been a long time listener of 106.1 KISS FM and I hear them talk about D & M on a daily basis. I called and got hooked up with Chad Bortnem who was always ready to take my call or text and answer any questions I might have. At the same time I called another leasing company just to be sure I was doing my homework. I tend to get a little busy with work so I quit calling for a short time. The other company quit calling me but Chad continued to check on me from time to time. Nothing pushy or overwhelming but letting me know I was not forgotten. I really had not driven anything and didn't know exactly what I was looking for and Chad was extremely patient and brought in vehicles for me to drive and review. We finally ended up with the vehicle that he had recommended from the very beginning as the best option to do everything I needed such as get rid of some negative equity I had in my current vehicle. I honestly never knew you could do that with a lease. Anyway, I took possession of my new car yesterday and am totally excited! I absolutely love it!! Not to mention that my in office time was the shortest and easiest experience I have ever had obtaining a vehicle. Thanks, Chad! More

She took the time to explain how leasing a vehicle differs form purchasing a vehicle and how easy it was to to and she was very happy to answer my questions. There was no pressure to get a deal done which was a huge factor in my decision. She also explained the importance of selecting the right vehicle when considering depreciation. I will definitely trust her to help me with my next vehicle and also refer other people to her. More
