The ease of the transaction with the first vehicle had a lot to do with going back for the second, but more importantly was the customer service experience with Mark. It became obvious very quickly that Mark’s mission was to make sure I got the vehicle(s) I wanted. Since then, I get regular calls and follow up emails from Mark to see how the vehicles are doing. In addition to all this, Mark has lined up and gotten me discounts on other auto related services and purchases – tires, window tint, etc. He even helped me get some discounts for a vehicle that I didn’t get from D & M! Exactly What I Wanted! I worked with Doug to find my wife the perfect car (GMC Denali) for her and our four kids, but it was my turn now. I asked Doug to find a needle in a haystack vehicle, MB GLE450 Coupe. As these cars are extremely rare, Doug offered up multiple options, Audi, Lexus, Porsche etc... He brought them to my office and I drove them all, but I still wanted that GLE450 Coupe. Working his magic, he was able to work with MB Plano to do a four car swap, trailer the EXACT car that I wanted from Houston, stopping along the way to garage it due to inclement weather along the way, and deliver it three days after we started the whole process. I could not be more happy with the car and Doug was amazing to work with. Will be a customer of his and D&M for life. More
