I couldn't get a call back and when I did I was given false promises and late call-backs. I decided to call D&M and luckily I was given to Juan Cruz. He found me the car I wanted and was able to give me the info quickly. I decided to switch to D&M but I had one problem, my drivers licenses was expired. He drove me to DMV and walked me through the process in minutes (not hours). I will stay with Juan forever. I have been in the sales / service industry my whole life.
