Super easy process, great end result! I connected via instant message with D&M on their website. I gave them a very brief idea of my situation and she said she would have Howard Feldman ca I connected via instant message with D&M on their website. I gave them a very brief idea of my situation and she said she would have Howard Feldman call me shortly. To my surprise I actually got a call within the hour. We talked for a while about my situation, what I was looking for and why. He asked about my family and remembered details about them throughout the process, which I appreciated! I am working on fixing my credit and wasn't even sure I would qualify to lease yet, not to mention that I had a ton of negative equity from a terrible car deal years ago. Howard went to work for me. It was not an easy task and he got no's from several of the avenues he tried, but he didn't give up on it like most car salesmen would. Two weeks later he delivered me a fully loaded 2017 Black Nissan Sentra SL with black leather interior and all the bells and whistles from my wish list.
