1st time doing business with D&M and Juan Cruz Came to D&M to see what Juan Cruz would offer me. Had negative equity on my trade and wanted to get into another vehicle but keep my payments low. At first I was not really comfortable with doing a deal but Juan Cruz went out of his way to make sure I understood and would be comfortable with the decision making in going into a lease and what the benefits would be in leasing vs purchasing. He made it clear I then was comfortable enough to go into doing a deal and took delivery of my new Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Juan is the man I'm very happy I met him and he was the finance manager that attended me! I feel he should have the highest rating of 10 but you only go up to 5 so I guess that will do. But in my eyes he is a 10!! More
