Easeir than expected. Great service from Howard despite some unanticipated hiccups. Reason why, I wanted a particular Truck and Color, as well as getting out of a car purc Great service from Howard despite some unanticipated hiccups. Reason why, I wanted a particular Truck and Color, as well as getting out of a car purchase I should have never done at CarMax. The truck make, model, color was not available from his usual dealers in the North Texas area. Howard found a dealer in the Austin area, and made provisions to get the truck to me. The Austin dealership stopped responding to Howard, so he was forced to look else where, but in the meanwhile D&M (Howard) did provide a truck for me until mine could arrive. After about a 2 weeks of looking, he was finally able to get a solid commitment from another dealership. I do not blame any of the delay on Howard what-so-ever as I wanted what I wanted and he did his best to make it so! Howard is a great guy, and someone who shoots from the hips, and just tells it like it is, I cannot tell you how much that was appreciated. More

We got exactly what we wanted with no hassles. We called Aimee Thomas at D&M who immediately brought us the vehicle we were interested in.
